As Jiwon maneuvered through the hallway towards her class room, an announcement was being made.

"Attention all students from 7th to 12th grade. Regarding intramurals, you all will be given a reply slip at the end of your last period today. Please have it signed on or before this Thursday. The time used for clubs, orgs and free period will be used for the respective teams to meet up for orientation."

At the end of the day, after receiving the reply slip, the three girls met up.

"So... did you do sign up for badminton?" Lucy nudged while Doyeon looked at Jiwon with hopeful eyes.

"Yeah. Did he have to make me sign that thing so dramatically?" She rolled her eyes.

"What happened?"

"Ask him yourself," she glanced at the clock. "I've got not much time to talk about it."

After buying some ice cream, Jiwon bid her farewell since she had volunteer work at a local dog shelter while Lucy and Doyeon went to the nearest Starbucks for an org meeting.

After the meeting, Lucy went first since her brother was there to pick her up after basketball practice.

"Dohyun is on his way. He's just talking to his coach about intrums." Inhyeop informed before exchanging goodbyes with her.

Doyeon ordered chai tea latte for her brother while waiting. "Hurry up you bastard." She texted.

"I'm here already." Dohyun said behind her.

"Ew. Did you not wash your face after training? You're perspiring!" She said as she threw her clean handkerchief at his face. "Take this too." She added the drink on his hand for him to take and left the cafe.

"Hey wait up!" He said, jogging over towards her.

"You want to eat dinner here? Jiwon just texted me that she's eating in ramen nagi right now." Doyeon asked while her eyes are still glued to her phone.

Dohyun looked towards the direction of the said restaurant. He scanned through the aquarium-like glass window to look for Jiwon. "She really is there." He thought and smiled subconsciously as he watched her take a seat.

"Bro, you have some explaining to do. Jiwon told me that you asked her to sign up so dramatically."

"Is she interested in someone right now? If yes, who?"

His twin sister looked at her in disbelief. "You don't know anything about real love don't you."

The boy's smile faded not because of that silly insult but it was because he saw their dad and the same woman he(his dad) was with four months ago at a table close to Jiwon.

"Actually, how about we go home. Right now is definitely not the time." He rushed his sentence as he pushed her sister towards the direction of his car.

"Why? Are you that embarrassed to face her?" She teased.

"No- yes. Yes I am. Let's eat at home instead, okay?"

"Well, that's new." She said as she texted an apology to Jiwon due to the sudden change of mind. "Tell me what happened in the car. I'll meet you there."

"Hm? Where are you going?"

"Jiwon has some of my stuff that I left at school earlier. I'll just get it."

"No, I'll get it for you. Go to the car now." He demanded.

"Are you hiding something from me? Is it because you really li-"

"Just go." He cut her off and gave her his car keys as he jogged towards the restaurant.

As he entered, he tried not to be too noticeable. Jiwon cocked one brow in confusion. "Dohyun?"

The male sat in front of her. "Shh my dad's here," He whispered. "Where's Doyeon's stuff?"

"Right." She said as she took a folder out and handed it to him. "Here. By the way, can you wait for a few minutes? Doyeon's take out is still being prepared."

"Fine." He sighed in defeat.

Jiwon then got the extra small bowl she had and placed some of her ramen in it since she got a size that fits for three people.

"I feel bad. Here." She pushed the bowl towards him.

"You didn't put anything bad in here did you?"

"If that's your way of saying thank you, then you're welcome. Don't you dare think I like you; I just gave you that so you would be quiet."

Dohyun quickly slurped the ramen and grabbed the take out which was given by the waitress earlier.

"Got to go." He said and jogged out the place, dodging people who passed by.

"Oi! No thank you? Sheesh, what's new?" Jiwon rolled her eyes and continued to enjoy her meal.
