At lunch, Doyeon and Jiwon met at their usual table in the cafeteria. They left some stuff to indicate that someone saved the table and proceeded to line up to get food.

"Where's Lucy?" Jiwon asked.

Before Doyeon could reply, Lucy ran and placed her hand on her shoulder. "Here. Right here." Lucy said in between deep breaths.

"So much people signed up for the fitness dance marathon. It's surprising!" Lucy added after she caught her breath.

"So you're saying that you're out of slots?" Jiwon clarified.

"Yup! Why?"

"I was planning to- agh. Never mind."

"What about badminton? Dont you train every Saturday at upper deck?" Doyeon asked.

"I- well. It's embarrassing for me to sign up since I shouted at your brother this morning..." Jiwon trailed at the end of her sentence.

"What did he do?" Doyeon asked with clenched teeth.

"We bumped into each other by accident and he said something like you fell for me didn't you then I told him not to mess with me even though I'm close friends with you..."

"Lee Dohyun!" Doyeon exclaimed in anger and stood up; about to leave to meet her brother. Lucy and Jiwon grabbed onto Doyeon.

"Don't go. It's fine, I'm fine. It's not a biggy." Jiwon assured.

"Yeah, sit down, breath in and out." Lucy said as she sat Doyeon down and massaged her back.

After the girls helped each other calm down, they apologized to the people near them for being too loud.

"Just sign up. We know how good you are! Others will sign up just to be close to my brother." Doyeon rolled her eyes.

"Yeah! Remember in 7th grade, we got second place after the seniors because of you? When you didn't join in 8th because you did handball, we placed last!" Lucy encouraged.

Jiwon pouted in response as tears started to brew in her eyes. "Thank you guys for being so supportive," she paused and thought about it.

"Alright I'll do it."
