"Anyone here?" Lucy called out for her brother but got no response.

"They're out playing basketball." Doyeon said after she read the note stuck on the fridge.

"I guess we'll have the whole suite to ourselves for a while." Lucy added.

During the conversation, Jiwon grabbed her clothes and headed straight to the shower. She slowly closed her eyes as the warm water trickled down her body.

The scene that happened earlier replayed in her head as heat rushed to her cheeks, tainting it pink. "Did the girls see that happen? Why didn't they ask about the rash guard around my waist earlier? Nah, they would've teased me about it if they noticed."

The train of thought she had pushed away how she actually felt. What she also didn't know was that her friends did see it happen.

"Oh Yoonhee?" Doyeon impersonated Cheon Seojin, a character in a popular drama, the penthouse.

Lucy then picked up a water bottle and pointed it towards Doyeon's neck, acting as if it was the trophy. Before she could say the next lines, she noticed her friend was on the way with the drinks in hand.

"It's Jiji, I should go help her before she slips," she paused and motioned Doyeon to look at the sweet moment. "Is your brother sick or something? He isn't playing with Jiwon isn't he?"

"To be honest, I don't think he's toying with her. He has actually liked her for a long time." Doyeon chuckled. "I'll tell you a secret about it but you can't tell her."

"What are you two whispering about?" Jiwon asked as she plopped down next to them after carefully placing the drinks down.

"You haven't watched the recent episode yet right? It was a spoiler." Doyeon lied.

"About Rona and Seokhoon." Lucy added for their white lie to sound believable which Jiwon believed.

"Yeah, they didn't see it at all." Jiwon repeated to herself until she stepped out of the shower and changed into something comfortable.

"Where's doyeon?" She asked Lucy who was on the way to use the bathroom.

"She's in the other restroom, taking a shower."

Jiwon nodded her head in response as she made her way to the couch, drowning in her thoughts.

"Are you planning to keep all that couch space to yourself or share?" Dohyun interrupted her peaceful state.

The girl sat up and displayed an apologetic smile. "Sorry, didn't notice that you guys came."

"Nervous for tomorrow?" Eunwoo asked.

"Not really nervous but more of... pressured? I just don't want to disappoint anyone." She sighed.

After a moment of silence, the girl gasped as she remembered that she lost a bet with the girls earlier that day. She quickly got up and grabbed her wallet.

"Gotta blast to McDonald's," she quickly said while putting her shoes on. "In case anyone's looking for me, I'm there."

After she ran off, Dohyun chuckled at how serious she was. God knows what was going through her mind until she got up in a jiffy.

"Cute." Dohyun accidentally said out loud.

The boys all looked at him wide eyed. They were happy that they won the bet but also for their friend who slowly changed because of her. 

"What?" He mouthed as he gave them a weird look.

"Follow her you dumb head." Kang pushed him.

Without hesitation, he left and trailed behind her.
