Chapter 8

*Time skip to Civil War day, aka when Steve goes to find Bucky*

You watch the news everyday to see what's going on around the world and with the Avengers, that's what they call themselves I guess. I see something about a bombing at the UN building, they say it was Bucky but that cant be, he was here with you the whole time, hes being framed, I have to go find him and warn him.

You get up and run to find him, you see him at a newspaper stand holding a newspaper, you go over to him.

"Bucky, they think you killed some guy at the UN building." "I know," he hands you the newspaper. "Its on the front cover, we have to go back and get the getaway bag incase they find us."
"You mean you? We cant let them get you, they wont believe you didnt do this so no, not us, you, incase they find you." "You are coming with me, we need each other, I need you Y/n." You sigh and nod. "Fine, let's go." You both go back to the apartment to find Captain America there.

"Understood." Cap says, he turns around, looks at us and asks "Do you know me?" "You're Steve, I read about you in a museum." Bucky says, Steve puts he boo he picked up down, "I know you're nervous, you have plenty of reason to be, but you're lying." "I wasnt in Vienna, I dont do that anymore." "Well the people who think you did are coming here now, and they're not planning on taking you alive." "That's smart, good strategy." Bucky says. "Bucky, stop, you didnt do anything you were here with me, it's a stupid strategy." You say. "This doesnt have to end in a fight Buck." "It always ends in a fight." "You pulled me from the river," Bucky takes his glove off. "Why?" "I don't know." "Yes you do."

Something comes through the window, Cap hits it with his shield, something else flies in near Bucky, he kicks it over to Cap who covers it with his shield, it explodes. Someone hits the door, Bucky grabs you and the mattress and uses it as cover, people bang on it more, Bucky turns to look, he grabs the table and throws it at the door, it lodges between the walls blocking the door from opening.

Two men burst in through the window, Bucky punches one of them, the other guy tries to shoot his gun at Bucky but Cap pulls the carpet beneath him, he falls and misses, Bucky grabs the first guy and throws him into a wall.

Someone comes in through the balcony door, Cap grabs his gun, Bucky punches the guy and starts to go for him, Cap holds him back. "Buck stop," Bucky wraps Caps arm around his shoulder. "You're gonna kill someone." Bucky throws Cap to the floor. He punches a hole in the floor next to Caps head.

"I'm not gonna kill anyone." Takes out his bag he hid there, he throws it out of the window, it lands on the building near by, someone else jumps through the window and starts shooting, Cap gets up and blocks the attack. The guy sees you and shoots you, you fall to the floor and pass out.

When you wake up, you see you're in a glass containment center, you're locked up. No one is in the room with you. The lights are out, red blinking lights, it's a power outage, you see someone walk in, with a red book. "No, put that book away."

He starts reading from the book, you try to break free so you can stop him before he finishes. You try to break the door down anyway possible, once you break the door down, he finishes, you stand up. "Soldier?"

He says. "Ready to comply." You reply. "Get me out safely, when I get outside, I'll be good from there." You nod and get him out, you saw Bucky on your way out so when Zimo gets out, you run up and help Bucky.

He gets in the helicopter so you jump on the other side and get in. Cap comes out, grabs hold of the bar on the helicopter, and the bar on the floor, he pulls the helicopter back after it tries to take off, Bucky then flies the helicopter into the floor trying to kill Cap.

Cap dodges, the helicopter stops after it crashes into the floor, Bucky breaks through the window, grabbing Cap by the throat and choking him. The helicopter starts to slip off the building, Cap gets to his feet with his hands on the window of the copter.

The copter falls off, bringing Cap with it and us inside, it crashes into the water below, knocking both Bucky and you out.

When you wake up, you're tied to a wall with chains, you see Cap and the other guy talking to Bucky, about Cap. "What did I do?" Bucky says. "Enough." Steve replies. "Oh God I knew this would happen, everything Hydra put inside me is still there, all he had to do was say the God damn words." "Who was he?" "I dont know."  "People are dead, the bombing was set up, all that just to get ten minutes with you, I need you to do better than I dont know."

"He wanted to know about Siberia, where I was kept, he wanted to know exactly where." "Why would he need to know that?" You chime in, "Because we arent the only Winter Soldiers." They look at you, confused, except Bucky of course because he knows.

"Who were they?" Cap asks. "The most elite death squad, more kills than anyone in Hydra history and that was before the serum." Bucky responds. "They all turn out like you?" Sam says. "Worse." You respond. "The doctor, could he control them?" Cap asks. "Enough." Bucky responds. "Said he wanted to see an empire fall." "With these guys, he could do it, they speak 30 languages, can hide in plain sight, infultraight, assinate, destabilize, they can take a whole country down in one  night youd never see them coming."

"This would have been a lot easier a week ago." Sam says. "If we call Tony-" Sam cuts Steve off. "No, he won't believe us." "Even if he did."  "Who knows if the Accords would let him help." Sam says. "We're on our own." "Maybe not. I know a guy."

And with that chapter 8 is done, I'll finish this in chapter 9 which I'll do tomorrow so if you want to read it, make sure to check tomorrow.
