Chapter 13

As you wake up, you look around and see nothing but chaos, running people, freaking out, confused people, dust floating around then quickly turning into people. You hear someone calling your name and look to your right, seeing Bucky on his hands and knees, unsure of what had happened, he looks at you then crawls over to you, putting his hands on your wounds, making sure the bleeding stops.

"Are you ok?" Bucky asks as he looks into your e/c eyes.

"I'll be fine, it's only a graze" You half laugh looking at the branch sticking out from your shoulder, then to the bullet wound, remembering yourself trying to keep Thanos distracted and failing, you quickly turn your head, not seeing Wanda nor Vision.

"Wheres Wanda and Vision? And Steve, where did everyone go?!" You ask, the panic starting to settle in, he looks at you, unsure of what to say.

"I'm not sure, but right now we need to get you help" He says as he looks over and sees T'Challa and Okoye walk over, they pick you up and bring you to Shuri's lab so she can help you.

When they get to her lab, you see dust  slowly form and turn into Shuri, she grabs onto her table to get control of her balance, she looks over and sees you, motioning to T'Challa and Okoye to bring you over and put you on the table. When they bring you over, she looks at your wounds, grabbing her kit, she starts walking on you, she pokes a needle in your arm to sedate you while she works.

When you wake up, you see Shuri sitting next to you. "Hey" you say, Shuri looks up and smiles. "Hey, you feeling alright?" She asks as she stands up and looks you in the eyes. "Ya, I'm feeling fine, just still confused, where is everyone?"

"That's what I'm here to tell you, and that we will need your help"

You look over and see a strange man wearing a necklace in the shape of an eye, and a red cape walk over to you. "I'm sorry, who are you?" You ask.

"My name is Doctor Stephen Strange, I'm here to catch you up on the past 5 years, sort of, Thanos snapped his fingers, half of humanity was wiped from existence, you're back because the Avengers did a time heist, Dr Banner managed to change himself into the Hulk, he snapped his fingers when they got the stones from different times in the past, humanity was brought back, Thanos from the past found his way to the present and we have to stop him, so I'm here to ask you if you are willing to go up against Thanos again"

As he explains what had happened, the fact that five years ago you had turned to dust and now back, Thanos, the stones, it all becomes slightly overwhelming but you nod.

"If I can help put an end to him, I will"

You say as you climb out of the bed, slightly struggling, Strange holds his hand out to help you, you take his hand and smile. "Where's Bucky?" You ask just noticing he wasn't there. "Bucky's getting ready, his arm was slightly damaged during the battle 5 years ago, he's just getting it fixed up a little." "Oh, well I guess I'll see him when I'm ready." You say and smile, he nods as Shuri comes around the bed to you.

"I fixed your suit, it should take more of the hits, no way a branch or anything is breaking the suit and getting into you again" She chuckles causing you to laugh as well, she walks you over to her lab where the suit is waiting for you on the table, you walk over and look at it, smiling. "Wow, it looks amazing, I don't know how you do it but you do it" You cackle and go into the changing room to put it on, when you step out you see Bucky look you over, causing you to blush slightly.

"Well, don't you look good in the suit" He says as he goes over to you. "You sure you want to go out and fight Thanos again?" You nod and smile, "I am more then ready to give him a peace of my mind, using LED rocks to throw me back is a cowardly move, I will make him pay because that branch hurt" Bucky can't help but laugh, he grabs your arm and pulls you into a hug. You smile against his chest and take in his scent.
