Chapter 1

You walk around your cell, you look around and see the people Hydra had captured, they looked hungry, thirsty and scared. You sighed and sat down on the floor. After a couple hours go by you hear a noise and look to see where it's coming from, and then you see him, a man who dropped keys into someone's cage, then they opened everyone else's cage including yours. The man reaches his hand out to help you up, you take his hand and get up. You see the star spangled man run out of the room, you walk out of the cage. "How long have you been here?" The man asks. "All my life." You say. The man nods and walks to his friends leaving you to walk around. You leave the cage room and walk into a hall. After a while of walking you find the star spangled man again, this time with another man, his hair was short and brown, he seemed to have been drugged because he had a hard time walking. You make eye contact, the man looks at the man in a suit and says "Do you know her?" He points to you. "I have no idea who she is." He goes over to you. "Are you ok?" He asks you. "I am now, who are you, were you sent here?" He smiles and nods "Yes, I'm Captain America, I came here to save the men that were taken hostage. Were you taken hostage as well?" "Yes, when I was young." The other man walks over to you and Captain America. "Well since we are making introductions, I'm James Barnes but everyone calls me Bucky." He smiles at you. His smile makes you feel safe, you don't understand why anyone could do that just by smiling but you smile back as to not look rude. "So Steve, what are the plans to get out of here?" Bucky asks. "Plan is to run around to find the exit, then make sure everyone gets out," Steve says. He looks at you to see if you are ready to leave. "Are you ready to leave this place?" He asks you. "I have been here since I was little, I couldn't be more ready." You say, trying to hide your excitement, Bucky can tell you cant wait to leave, he gives you another smile and the three of you rush out.
*Fast Forward To Cap And Everyone Walking Into The Camp*
As you walk amongst the other men that were held captive, you see Bucky at the front of the line. You decide to walk to him and talk to him. "So, you know Captain America?" He smiles and laughs a bit. "Ya, he and I grew up together, pretty much inseparable, that is until we became adults and I joined the army, I knew him as Steve, he was smaller and didnt have the muscles he has now." He says. "Wow, alright then, sorry for bugging you, it's just I haven't spoke to other people since I was little an-" He cuts you off. "Dont be sorry, it's ok, I assure you, it's ok I dont mind at all." He assures you.

When night hits you decide to go to the bar with Steve and Bucky, you decide to stay I'm the corner of the room just watching people smile and laugh. Steve goes over to Bucky, they start talking but you cant hear them over the sounds of other people talking and laughing. Then a woman in a red dress goes over to Steve, they start talking and both leave the room, Bucky then sees you and walks over. "You doing ok?" He asks you. "Ya, I just, it's weird to see so many people enjoying themselves, I'm not used to it, I'm used to being alone or with a few other unhappy people, you know?" He nods and says "I get it, but hey, you don't have to ever go back to that place again," He stops to think and continues. "Why dont you come with Steve and I, we are going to take down Hydra, you can come if youd like." He looks at you and smiles. Why do you trust this smile so much, shy do you feel so safe by it? Is it because of him or is it every smile from someone not working for Hydra or any other bad guy? "Sure, but I dont know how to fight, could you teach me?" "I can teach you, let's go somewhere so we can do some basic training, it'll be fun" He smiles, you smile back, you both leave after Bucky tells Steve the plan.
