Chapter Twenty-Five: Internet

Louis

"Ready?" Niall asked us, waiting for our go signal. We nodded, immediately seeing his laptop's home screen on the telly. 

It was the next day and we were currently in the living room, looking through the internet about the news and updates about last night. It was quite nerve-wracking since not only did the whole world saw that the One Direction boys were all together having dinner, they also unexpectedly saw Zayn with us along with a new girl nobody had a clue had some kind of connection with us. We didn't know what to expect. The fans can be unpredictable sometimes. 

One pap photo that was meant to be a PR stunt would sometimes become memes and would be disregarded causing our management to get annoyed because their whole planned failed. 

"May the odds be ever in your favor" Harry muttered under his breath, making me snort. "That was stupid and you know it," I whispered to him. He playfully glared at me. "I'm proud for saying that and you know it," he shot back in a low voice sending me tingles all over my body. 

God damn, that was hot. Screw this man for making me feel things. I quietly giggled. 

"I don't think I want to see this yet," Emily blurted out, shaking her leg. We all turn to her. I placed a hand on her leg to stop her from moving and to calm her down. "It's gonna be fine, I'm sure things have settled down a little compared to last night," I said to her. She looked at me, anxiously. 

"Em, whatever we see on there, will always and only be a comment or opinion that doesn't matter. Whether it may be nice or bad, we know the truth, and that's what is important," Liam told her. Emily slowly nodded, gulping. 

"And if you get nervous, you could always bury your head on my shoulder if you don't want to read things and we'll read them for you instead," Zayn added. "Hey! I want to be snuggled by Emily too!" Niall whined. I rolled my eyes "You're in charge of controlling the laptop, you can't cuddle with her," I shot at him. He pouted, making Harry laugh right next to me. "Don't worry Ni, I'll cuddle with you when we're done here," he said. I turned to him and frowned. 

"Uh, your boyfriend is right next to you," He smiled sheepishly before kissing me on the nose. 

"Alright, come on, we haven't got all day," Zayn stated, rolling his eyes. 

Annoy Zayn for being all cute and cuddly couple in front of him early in the morning? Check. 

Niall then scrolled down Twitter with us watching and reading the tweets about last night. 

@pezzaconfetti: So we all agree that last night wasn't a fever dream right?

@marrymedavid: I have already slept and I still feel like last night wasn't real

@lilowaterfights: Do you all think this was all a stunt? Or are they planning something since their anniversary is coming very soon?
