Gerard's POV

  Dream-me sighed. I missed Frank. A lot. But he would be better of without me - who would want a self-harming, suicidal piece of shit in their lives? No one. But, I was alive, - sort of - not dead, anyway. I heard a nurse come in to the room, "I'm just here to check your vitals, sweetie," she chirped. Okay I thought, exasperated - Why couldn't she just get on with it? I heard a gasp, and opened my eyes to see why. Then it hit me. I'd woken up.

They performed all the necessary tests, and told me to come back if I felt ill etc etc. But I was never going back.

In fact, I was leaving. Forever.

Frank's POV

Me & Emily sat outside the hospital, suicide sticks in our mouths. She was there because she had no home to go to, I was there because mine was worse than hell. I heard the whoosh of the door opening, and out stepped a lone man. With oh-so-familiar red hair. Black jeans. Pale skin. Gerard.

He seemed in a hurry, and I would assume that he was going home, but he was heading into the woods. My eyes caught something in his hands. A pill bottle.

Gerard's POV

  I was walking into the woods when I felt a small pair of arms slip round my waist. "Gee!" a muffled voice sobbed. Frank. "F-F-Frank?" I asked, unsure if this was real. It was very real, I found out, moments later, when I was being backed against a tree, his mouth to mine. He slipped his fingers around the pills, and chucked them to Emily. She opened the cap, and chucked them all over her shoulder. I wondered how she knew that they weren't antidepressants, but was distracted by Frank. His arms were around my neck, and he was sobbing "If you do that again, I'm going with you, you are my only hope." He paused. "Can I be the only hope for you? Because you're the only hope for me." He pulled out a pair of silver rings and gave one to me. "Promise rings. I promise you, I will stay with you forever. And half a ton of even more soppy bullshit." Then we were kissing again.
