I broke myself away from him.

"Are you mental?" I said punching him in the stomach.

"Sorry I can't just resist" he said straight faced and my punch couldn't affect him

"I'll pretend as if nothing happened" I said to him as a favor because he helped me, I guess he isn't a bad guy.

"Sure and here" he gave me his phone

I asked
"Why are you showing me off your iPhone?"

"Haha , I'm asking for your number"

Hmm? I gave him my number and didn't expect him to call.

The smirk didn't leave his face, I said
"B..bye"

He nodded and went by.

The next day in school Ben was acting weird.

"I've decided" he said

I was in Ben's class with Gerard and Alex. Alex was reading something and Gerard mind was on the Flea market advertisement. I was a bit shy around after what happened but I didn't tell anyone about the hug. I mean it was soo.... Beautiful. I blushed red.

Ben said
" I'm going to make a trip to class 5"

Then he set off.

Alex asked Gerard.
"Don't you think it's been a while at school"

"Yeah" Gerard said

Alex asked
"Do you not have friends in your class?"

Gerard was silent.. he really doesn't have.

"Oi" I said to Alex, and he shrugged

I'm really curious about why Gerard hides his eyes, I wanna ask but I think he'll  get hurt. I'm so curious.

Ben came stomping in the room. He told us that Gray has agreed to play pool.

The school got over and we met at underpass.
"Hey Eugene , Gray" I said

"Hello" Eugene said and Gray nodded, I think he's shy or socially awkward.

We went to pool shop , the beautiful lady was there. Then after some time we started having an argument over food.

"It's always Chinese at the pool hall"

"But I want ttaebokki"

"It doesn't deliver here"

I asked Gray
"What do you wanna eat Gray?"

"Ttaebokki" he said

"Yeahhh, now you three bring us , I'm gonna teach those the basics" Ben said

"He's worst out of us" Alex said

We went to buy ttaebokki, I was the one who bought, those two were unbothered. When we were on our way to the pool hall, Alex asked Gerard

"Sure,you don't want a haircut?"

"Nope" he said

"Really? I have a couponof Cheohang ...." Alex said
But he cut his talk short and said to us.

"Hey what happened?" Gerard asked

Suddenly Alex stood beside me and Gerard on the other side covering me. Whoa, I can't see.

We came to a shadowed place the Alex said
"On the other side of the intersection was Baekjin  Na, the head of the union"

I wanted to see his face but  because these two were covering me , I couldn't.

We hurried to the pool hall and told them , they all were shooked and then Ben asked
"Is he here for Jimmy Bae accident?"

"Nope, I don't think this because he's not the one to drag things out" Alex said

"What do say Eungene?" Ben asked him

"Hmm, I heard there is an accounting conference at the end of the month in the union. I guess he's here for it" he said

"Hyeongshin" Alex said

"But Myles Joo of Hyeongshin was excommunicated and who is the current?" Eungene asked

We all didn't know at that time what's about to happen

We all continued playing but the expression, I saw on Ben's face was him being scared...no.. it was beyond that, it was being terrified.

Ater playing for a bit, Gray left for cram and I did too

The cram got over and we were on our way home and we saw Eugene being bullied by two guys and I saw

"Teddy?" I said, he was holding a pipe..?

"Eungene Gale, what happened to your face , was it this fucker again?" Gray asked

Teddy looked traumatized

"N...no Teddy Jin was trying to help me" Eungene said

"Your face" I said, which was bruised

"Help? What do you mean help? Dickhead" Teddy said and looked away probably embarrassed

"Let's go" Gray said

"O..okay" Eugene said.
We were about to go then, then one of the three thugs said

"Where you goin smurfs trio, play with us for 5 minutes"

"Alright I'll play with you" Gray said

Teddy hit the guy one on his temple and Gray took on another.

"OOO a girl" he said and punched me on the face, my glasses protected me but the impact was loud , they broke and

"You fucker" I kicked him in the balls out of nowhere.

Whoa, it had a bad impact really. And for the payback I kicked his face. We were all done and with the corner of my eyes I saw Gray's fight, he used a bag to choke a guy and kicked him n the shins when he's off balance.

We all went our way but I wonder why is Gray so cold and unbothered, his eyes lack warmth somewhat ... Why did Ben and Alex were terrified when they heard or saw Baekjin Na...? Why Gerard covers his hair? Mad hound? He's so calm.. yet he seems hurt. What made them hurt at such a young age?

I wonder what their past was? I wonder what was mine?
