Joined at the Hip

Okay, so the year was going great, I had realized, once we were about two months in. By this time, Amy and I were still good friends, and I had become friends with another girl called Mollie. She had short, white-blonde hair, and swam every single morning. She was very tall and skinny, because she was so athletic. Jane from Crimson Oaks had joined our group, and a girl called Melanie (Mel), too. We had all become inseparable. Joined at the hip, if you will. However, Sam may have been in my class, but we had drifted apart. I guess I didn't realize, and now I feel bad as I look back on it. I wish we had stayed friends. I really do. But I guess she didn't mix with the others, like Anna or Mollie.

By the middle of Year 7, Anna and Mollie were my two best friends out of our group, which also contained Mia. During our lessons, we would have 'banter' and laugh during fun times. At this point, we were kind of part of the 'cool' people in our year. We were friends with boys as well as girls, and it seemed as if we had no enemies.

In Maths, we had a teacher called Mrs Laurence. I swear she was permanently hormonal as she was constantly shouting at EVERYONE! I was happy in maths, because I was at the top of the class, and I could see I was on the road to success. Sam seemed quite clever at this subject, too. On my table, I had to sit next to a boy called Cameron. He was all right, I guess, but the best bit was that Mollie sat one row in front. We chatted every lesson! It was funny because I was racing through all the questions, but Mollie was saying at every one, "I don't get it!"

I felt really clever when I had the answer when no one else did. And Surprise Surprise! I was favourited by this teacher, too.

I was always one step ahead, except for Sam, of course. Who was very bright, and joined in with the higher-level stuff with me. We only talked a little, although I still wish we spent more time together. I forgot all the good times we had in Primary School, and all the hopes I had to stay close at Kingdom.

I know this Part is really short, but the next one will be up before you know it! I have already written it, it will probably go out tomorrow. I just want to say a BIG thank you to 200 views!
