Okay, so Year 4 slowly rolled around, and I had everything coming for me.
I still only really had two close friends, and Maxine and Lola still bullied me a bit. I did eventually tell someone. It felt good to get it out of my system, instead of bottling it up. I mean, we were still civil, but we could never get back to how we were before it all happened. Crimson Oaks did a lot to help, too. Most of the time, I enjoyed spending lunch indoors, seeking jobs inside the classroom to avoid going outside and facing the real world. I really longed to have Mia in my class for once, but we barely saw each other all day, even during break time. Not until the end of the day, which wasn't until 3pm. I could tell my teacher was worried for me. Worried I might not have any friends. But I did have Sam. She's always been good to me, when I felt like there wasn't anyone to play with at break and lunch.
I was happy during lesson time, though. I really enjoyed English and Maths the most. I was at the top of the class for both subjects. Pretty much all academic subjects, really. And I was alright at Art and PE; I received great End Of Year Levels. I was really pleased with how I was doing in school. When we received our reports, Mia and I were both above average. This made me really happy, and actually think I had potential to do something big in life. It was sort of twin wars, and, not to sound bitchy or anything, but I always seemed to come out on top, getting slightly better grades each time. It felt good.
By Year 5, I became friends with a girl called Tiffany. She had abnormally long hair, and was good friends with Sarah. This mean that Sarah and I became close again, since we drifted apart in Year 4. I started to build up the friendship group I had, in comparison to Mia, who became very popular in Year 5 and 6. We were a good team- Myself, Sam, Sarah and Tiff. And when Mia and I were together, we had a pet name of Mi-Ella.
In Year 6, it was our last year in Crimson Oaks, and I had my favourite teacher, Mrs Scott. We did our end of year tests, and they all came out a lot better than expected. As a result of taking the advanced Level 6 tests (also taken by Sam and Mia), I received my Level 6 in Maths, the only one in the school. I was so happy, I literally cried!
For the Leaver's Assembly, we did a take on I'm A Celebrity, but instead, we called it I'm A Year 6, Get Me Out Of Here! It was so fun- I quite enjoyed the yearly class assemblies. We did We Will Rock You one year, and A Midsummer Night's Dream another. Mia and I played the main roles in the Leaver's Assembly, playing Ant & Dec, the presenters of the real show. I had such a good time, and it was very sad to see everyone go. But I saw a lot of them in my seconday school, Kingdom.
That's all for now,
Ella
