Another Cullen~Twilight

☆1☆ How it all began

- I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS IN THIS BOOK,  BESIDES ROWAN! DONT SUE, ALL CREDITS GO TO STEPHANIE MEYERS!-

It all began in 1920, Edward Cullen had at last learnt to control his lust for human blood ( IK HE ONLY DOES THIS ALOT LATER BUT IDC, IT FITS WITH THE STORYLINE!)
And Edward was taking a stroll, late at night to clear his mind, when his head erupted with thoughts.
THE PAIN! OWW!
Edward stopped walking,and turned his head ,bewildered, towards the thoughts.
Suddenly, the smell of Human blood burst through the air.
Edward ran quickly towards the direction of the smell, and the thoughts got louder.
I CAN'T TAKE THE PAIN
When Edward finally reached a clearing ,in the huge forest he had been walking in, he saw a small girl withering against a tree.
Edward had an enormous urge to suck all the blood out of her, but something stopped him, suddenly he couldnt smell anything.
A stick cracked behind him, and he turned to see a figure racing out of the forest.
Edward then turned his attention to the small girl, she looked about 13.
She had bite marks all over her hands.
As Edward approached her cautiously, her head suddenly whipped up, and Edward stared into her bright red eyes.
" Please don't h-hurt m-me" she stuttered, and Edwards 'heart' shattered, he felt terrible that this helpless girl thought he was going to hurt her.
He picked her up gently, and carried her back to Carlisle.

When Edward arrived, the girl was still conscious, but she had her eyes closed , and Edward could hear her thoughts.
Its just a dream Rowan, its a dream, oh please let it be a dream!!
" Carlisle Help!" Edward Cried,  when he entered the house.
Carlisle came running into the room at the sound of Edwards concerned voice.
Carlisle gasped when he saw the bundle of blood that was the girl, lying in Edwards arm.
" What has happened?!" Asked Carlisle,  grabbing his medical kit.
" I'm not sure,  I found her like this in the Forest" Edward said , breathless.
" I can't undo this, she was bitten by one of us, a vampire " Said Carlisle,  slowly.
Edward looked heartbroken, like he had known this girl for ages, and now she was dead.

-Three days Later-

The transformation had finally finished, and Edward hadn't ever left Rowans side.
But Carlisle was suspicious about how the girl had been changed.
She didn't seem to have gone through as much pain as a changing vampire should.
When Rowan finally opened her eyes, she saw Edward sitting on a chair next to her.

" What- Where am I , who are you?" She asked, confused and scared.
" I'm Edward" Replied Edward calmly
"And your a Vampire now" He said plainly.
Rowan stared at him in disbelief.
Is he crazy, vampire? I must be dreaming
" Im not crazy , and sadly you aren't dreaming!" Said Edward, and stood up.
Did he just read my mind, i dont want him to ready my mind-
Rowan started thinking,  and Edward was listening, but then suddenly her thoughts stopped.
" How did you do that?" Edward asked, he had never come across someone who's mind he couldn't read.
Rowan looked at him confused, and was about to ask him something, when Carlisle walked in.
" Your awake! How pleasing!" He said, and walked over to Rowan .
At this point Rowan had had enough
" What is going on!?" She screamed.
Carlisle sighed, grabbed a chair, and explained everything.

" So I'm a vampire, and you two are vampires!?" Rowan wondered aloud.
" Yes, And I think I've figured out what your gift is already!" Said Edward, who had been standing in the corner the whole time.
"My gift?" Rowan asked, turning to look at Edward.
"Every vampire has a special ability,  mine is to read minds, Carlisles is to be compassionate, and yours , i think, is to block things" said Edward , walking over to the couch Rowan was lying on.
" Block things?" Asked Carlisle
" Yes, I can't read her mind when she doesn't want me to, and back in the forest, i couldn't smell her blood, didn't you notice you couldn't smell her when I came here?"
Carlisle nodded, like he agreed.
Then Carlisle said "Anyway,  I regret to inform you, but i don't think it possible for you to go back to your family,  we have to keep the existence of Vampires a secret you see"
Rowans face stayed the same, and he shrugged,  Edward stared at her horrified.
" Aren't you sad?!" He ranted.
Rowan shook her head "I've never had  family, I'm an Orpan"
Edward frowned sadly and sat down next to Rowan. He felt connected to her, even though he had only known her for a few minutes.

From that day onwards Edward and Rowan were inseparable.
Edward never let Rowan out of his sight . He and Carlisle found out that Rowan was only half- Vampire, a day after she finished transforming, Rowan simply stubbed her toe, and it hurt, but to a Vampire, it shouldn't hurt at all.
Carlisle ran some tests, and they found out she could be injured and get sick.
And that she didn't have a thurst for blood, she had to eat normal human food, sleep, and drink water.

The following year,  Rowan and Edward got a new mother, Esme.
She was an extremely kind hearted woman.
She cared for Edward and Rowan so much, after she got used to the idea of being a Vampire.
She always made food for Rowan, and supported everyone.

12 years went by, just the 4 of them, being a family.
But Rowan never had any friends, Edward had warned her not to get attached to anyone who wasn't a Vampire.
And then 13 years after Esme arrived, Rosalie did, and Rowan would finally have a friend, who wasn't Edward.

It happened one night, Edward, and Rowan were writing songs on the piano, and Esme was listening quietly.
Suddenly Edward and Esme stiffened,  the smell of human blood filled their nostrils.
Carlisle ran in with a beautiful young woman in his arms.
Turns out she had been raped to the brink of death.
When the woman finally finished transforming,  after Carlisle changed her to save her life, she was pretty mad.
She obviously didn't like the idea of being a Vampire,  and to make it worse, Carlisle thought that she could be Edwards mate....but Edward flat down rejected her.

Rowan felt sorry for the woman, who was named Rosalie, so she went to talk to her.
" Hi Rosalie " Rowan said shyly.
Rosalie didn't say anything.
" Look, I'm so sorry about this all! But being a Vampire can be fun....sometimes, and don't take what Edward said personally,  he can be like that sometimes" Rowan said fast.
Rosalie turned to look at Rowan, and said " I'm sorry too, for the way i acted, i just would rather be dead"
Rowan nodded.

Rosalie came to adore Rowan, and was her new best friend.
But everything changed again, 2 years later , Rowan didn't mind the change.
Because the change was Emmet Cullen.

The cullens were living in Tennessee,  when one day, Esme and Rowan were cooking in the kitchen,Edward was playing the piano, and Carlisle was in his study .
Rosalie had gone for a walk.
The day was normal, until Carlisle came running out his office because he smelt human blood , Edward stopped playing, and Esme stopped cooking.
A few seconds later,  Rosalie came crashing into the room with a man in her arms, the man looked like he had been mauled.
" Save Him!" She shouted at Carlisle.
" Rose, his injuries are too severe" Says Carlisle oblivious to what Rose meant.
"I meant change him!" She screamed.
"I- oh!" Gasped Carlisle, and he did as asked.

When Emmet woke up, Carlisle and Rosalie explained everything to him.
And suprisingly he wasn't mad at all, if anything, he was happy.
Emmet had such a sarcastic and relaxed spirit about him.
Rowan noticed that Emmet couldn't keep his eyes of Rosalie, and Edward kept making faces.
Rowan knew this meant that Emmet really liked Rose, and Rose liked him back.
Emmet also became protective of Rowan, after a few years ,when he learned about her half- transformation.
Even though Rose and Emmet were now a couple, Rose and Rowan stayed best friends and sisters. And Emmet and Rowan were always planning pranks and fun things to do.

Edward,  Emmet and Rose referred to Esme and Carlisle as Esme and Carlisle,  but Rowan called them Mom and Dad.
She had never had a family, so this was her dream.
Edward was the person she looked up to the most, he had saved her life, and given her a family.
Rosalie was her best friend, and was always there for her, they knew all of eachothers secrets.
Emmet was Rowans hype, he was goofy and always lifted her spirits.

A year after Emmet joined the family , the Cullens moved to Forks, Washington.
And there they ran into a werewolf pack.
They made an agreement with them, and settled, and eventually moving away.

Then in 1950, two other Vampires appeared in their house.
Alice and Jasper.
Alice said she could see the future, and she had seen them all being a family.
Edward was suspicious at first, but grew into the idea.
Rosalie and Rowan talked to Alice,  and decided she was nice.
They joined the family and all was well.

But then an enormous change happened,  and no one knew it, not even Alice.
In 2003 , The Cullens moved back to Forks.
But it all starts in 2005.
