“Eh? Why are you scared? Gahyeon ah, you are the most talented person I had ever met and I’m pretty sure everything will turns out just fine”

This is my 89th times I tried to convince Gahyeon that she’s gonna be fine on stage for school performance.

I understand that she’s nervous because this is her first time being on stage.

But I truly believe that she’s gonna be fine.

“Now, don’t hesitate. You need to break out from your nervousness”

“But, what if it didn’t turns out good?”

“Lee Gahyeon, listen to me”

I turned her head to face me while staring at her.

“Everything can’t always be perfect, It’s okay. You’re doing great right now.”

I stopped and take a breath.

“For everything to turn out as you wish, trust me. You don’t have to worry”

Gahyeon’s face started to become red and she quickly turned away.

“Needless worries only torment you,

Tension will disappear,

Abandon thought,

Bewitch yourself”

I said while holding her hand.

“O...o..okay” Gahyeon replied.

“You good, now?” I strengthen my hand.

“Uh..yeah”

“Good, just don’t overthink and lose yourself. I’ll always cheering for you, okay?”

“Thanks” Gahyeon faced me with her significant cute-bright smile.

“You’re welcome” I whispered to myself not letting my stares away from the stage that I used to watch Gahyeon performing just like an idol that I can’t spot any nervous in her eyes.

“Y/N!” Dami’s voice shook me away from my thoughts.

“Yes?” I asked facing her.

“We need to go to the next class” she held her hand out and I took it.

We walked together and I don’t know if I should be glad or not when Yoohyeon doesn’t join us because she’s “unwell”.

“Sooo....”

Dami took my attention and I faces her with questioning look.

“How are you and Yoohyeon?”

I sighed when Yoohyeon were mentioned.

“I don’t know Dami-ah...I mean, I already apologised and I don’t know what she wants. I will do anything to make her forgive me”

“Maybe you should meet her and try to talk to her?”

“I don’t know, maybe? I afraid that she won’t want to see me again”

“I mean, don’t stop, bet everything. Needless worries only torment you. At least you tried”

I look at her and replied with a smile.

“Okay”

I arrived early again.

Today I decided to try to talk to her again.

Yoohyeon opened the classroom’s door and I quickly walks to her.

I stopped her and she faced me with a shocked reaction.

“Uh...Can we talk?”

Yoohyeon walked past me and sat on her seat.

She patted the seat next to her while looking at me.

I smiled and took a seat.

“Can we be friends again?” I asked.

She looks at me with emotionless face and look away.

“Can we?” She answered.

I was about to ask what do her mean but another student started to fill the classroom as the bell rang.

I tried to find her during lunch break at the cafeteria but failed.

I walked to my favorite spot and shook when I saw Yoohyeon in front of me.

“Am I doing it great?”

“What?” I was dumbfounded by Yoohyeon’s question.

“Did it hurts you?”

Okay, now am I stupid or Yoohyeon really been asking me weird questions?

“What do you mean, Yoohyeon ah?”

Bit by bit, time gets delayed

Without waiting, only time flows busily

Everything can’t be perfect all the time, it’s okay

“Does it hurts? That’s what I’m asking you” Yoohyeon walks toward me.

“Yes, not having you by my side and holding the urge on being with you hurts me Yoohyeon ah. I dont care if we just met or anything but you means a lot to me.”

“What about Dami?”

“I’m truly regretted for everything I had ever done to her and I promise I wont do it again”

“And how can I trust you?

“Everything will turn out as you wish, trust me.” I grabbed her hand while looking straight into her eyes.

“I’ll give it my all”

Yoohyeon smiles and hugged me.

“Oh! Yoohyeon?”

A small questioning hums responded.
