Chapter 8

Twice paces back and forth around the room annoying Toga. "Stop before you drill a hole in the floor with all that moving." She flips a knife around her hands like a student would do with a pen.

"I love you marry me!" he confesses abruptly for the 7th time that day.

"no. go die."

Twice clears his throat and looks depressed for a moment before perking right back up and returning to his pacing.

"So what do you think the new guy is going to be?" Deku is sitting at the bar drinking some type of soda.

"don't know. All I know is it's an associate of Noir's." toga pulls out another knife and starts to do tricks using both of them.

"Noir has friends?"

"Hey I'm just as surprised as you are." Toga shrugs at Deku's question.

"I'm just happy were not the new guys anymore." Compress comments.

"oh you're still new but hey you're helpful. Now if only you were fun to play with and not so easy to beat." Toga sighs dramatically "You guys are also kind of boring."

"Harsh." Deku moves closer to the couch where toga is leaning halfway off of while twisting her weapons. "so is Dabi with Noir, Kurogiri, and shigakari?"

"Nope. He said he had something to do with his little sister so he'll meet the newbie another day or later or whatever."

"I see."

"I want to know what's taking them so long?" Compress taps his foot folding his arms.

"Who knows?" Toga pulls the knives away and rolls over from her back to her stomach pulling her head back onto the couch. A large black hole finally started to appear in the center of the room. "It's about time I thought I was going to die of boredom."

Deku eyes her, "You always think you are going to die from boredom."

"what can I say?" Toga answers innocently fluttering her eyelashes, "I can't help myself, I just need to have fun all the time."

"All right you guys relax for once will you?" Kurogiri sighed as the group stepped out of his portal.

The new boy was white. Very, very, white. His hair was colorless and chalky, his eyes were silver globes, and his skin was fair and pale as if it had forgotten what the sun looks like. The first thing out of Toga's mouth was, "You are so white, do you get sunburned easily? Do you have to use a bunch of sunblocks? Are you a vampire?"

Deku playfully hit her upside the head, and harshly whispered "Where are your manners?"

"pft." The new kid stifled a laugh but another one came and he burst out laughing.

Noir looked slightly embarrassed as he coughed and pretended to not know the person he invited to join them in the league.

He quickly recovered his ground and whipped away his wet eyes, "Yo. The name's Domino. I'm a hacker, mercenary, and villain. Nice to metchya."

"Ooo, I like him." Toga put held her arms behind her back as she moved in abnormally close to his face. "Say what's your ability? Huh? What's your quirk, tell me. Hey wanna spare?"

Domino put his hand on her forehead and pushed her away from his face. "I'm not one for sparing. I mean I can fight but mostly I infiltrate places and hack things so I'm not that great at combat. As for my quirk well. It's Phase and Jump. Basically, I can Phase through solid objects for a short period of time and I can do short-range teleportation, as long as I can see the place in front of me-" Domino disappeared and then reappeared in the blink of an eye on the opposite side of the room. "-I can teleport there."

"Well, this will be perfect for the plans." Deku sounded impressed.

"I know. Now if you can stay out of trouble that would also be nice." Kurogiri hinted at Deku's fights with his friends.

"He rubbed his bandaged cheek and chuckled, "Right."

Why did you hurt them?

Deku's mood changed, "excuse me I need to go."

"I'll come with you!" Toga cheerfully said.

"No thanks I'll go alone, I need air right now."

Twice pitched in, "You don't look good, and we just met Domino it's kind of rude to-"

These people aren't your friends.

Deku held his head it was pounding so hard, and He was speaking "SHUT UP!"

Twice stopped and put his hands in the air on reflex.

Deku painted and looked at Noir, he grabbed his hand and yanked him out the door.

There was a moment of silence then Domino broke it. "This is going to be a fun team to work with I can tell."
