Inside a warehouse, seven assassins await a client. One was a man wearing a specialized assassin's suit holding a sniper rifle. Standing next to him was a woman wearing a Geisha outfit and a mask with the shape of a grinning horned demon. Also in the room was a large man with the appearance of a bull as well as Siamese twins wearing tattered black coats with casual clothing underneath. Waiting by the door was man wearing biker clothing with hands hanging as trophies as well as a woman with spiderlike features. As they waited, infamous crime lord Kira Matsumoto entered the warehouse with two guards on them. The assassins watch as Matsumoto takes a seat at a table.
Matsumoto: Gunsmith, Onibaba, Twin Suns, Taurus, Handtaker, Araña. Thank you all for coming. Do you know who I am?
Gunsmith: Kira Matsumoto, one of Japan's most prominent crime bosses. You got yourself connections in just about every operation in the criminal underworld.
Matsumoto: It seems my reputation proceeds me.
Taurus: Why have you brought us here?
Matsumoto: I brought you all here because you seven are the best at what you do. You are among the most dangerous assassins in the country. Perhaps even the world. I have brought you all here for an opportunity. There is a Pro Hero that needs to die.
Matsumoto then nods to one of his bodyguards who places photos of the Pro Hero Eraserhead on the table. All assassins look upon the photos with interest.
Twin Sun Brother: A lowly Pro Hero?
Twin Sun Sister: Seems hardly worth our time.
Matsumoto: He has busted several of my various enterprises all across the city. He's different from the other Pro Heroes. He plays by a different set of rules compared to Pro Heroes like All Might or Endeavor. He strikes from the shadows and disappears into the night. What's more is that his Quirk allows him to erase someone's Quirk just by looking at them. Now I can't have a Pro Hero like that running around.
Araña: And where do we factor in to all this? Seems like this little Pro Hero is causing major problems for you. You must be offering big money for this Pro Hero's head.
Matsumoto: Considerably. To be direct, I want Eraserhead dead. I want his head delivered on my desk. That is why I am offering fifty million dollars to the one who kills Eraserhead.
Upon hearing this, all the assassins became interested. The amount of money being offered to kill Eraserhead was more than any of them had ever seen being placed on someone. To them, this was the job to end all jobs.
Gunsmith: Fifty million? You really want this guy dead.
Matsumoto: You are all free to use whatever methods you deem necessary to get the job done. You will receive your payment once the job is done.
Handtaker: Consider this Pro Hero dead! All I ask is that I claim his hands!
Matsumoto: You can have whatever you want, as long as Eraserhead is dead.
Onibaba: Watch yourself, Handtaker. All your little trophies will not matter when the reaper comes for your tainted soul.
Handtaker: Your words mean nothing to me, Onibaba! Stand in my way and I'll add your soft women hands to my collection! No one stands in the way of my trophies!
Araña: You're all wasting your time. This Pro Hero is mine. Once he steps in my web, he will be mine to kill.
Gunsmith: You can't kill what already has a bullet to the head. Anybody who steps between me and my target is dead. Nothing personal, just business.
Taurus: Eraserhead isn't yours to kill! I will kill him, but not before I break him in body, mind and spirit! Only when he is on his knees begging for mercy will I put him out of his misery.
Twin Sun Brother: Look at them talking about claiming our kill, sister. Isn't that sad?
Twin Sun Sister: Very sad. They don't know that he's ours for the taking. Eraserhead is already dead and he doesn't just know it.
It was clear that the seven assassins were in fierce competition to claim Eraserhead's bounty. Matsumoto then silenced the room.
Matsumoto: There is no need for violence. Right now, this is simply a hearing. Anyone who feels that they are unfit to undertake in this job, now is the time to exit this warehouse because once you take this job, you're obligated to see it through.
As Matsumoto said this, the seven assassins looked to each other. No one takes up on Matsumoto's offer to leave, signifying their willingness to participate in the job. Matsumoto smiles at this.
Matsumoto: Then it is decided. The fifty million dollar bounty for the head of Eraserhead is now open to all of you. The bounty will remain open until the job is done. Whoever succeeds in killing Eraserhead will be entitled to the full reward of the bounty. You are free to use whatever methods you deem necessary as long as the job is done. Good hunting, my friends. I wish you luck and will be eagerly awaiting the return of the one who completes the job.
At that point, the seven assassins had accepted Kira Matsumoto's contract to kill Eraserhead for fifty million dollars. They would fiercely compete with one another to claim the bounty on Eraserhead's head. The seven assassins will do whatever they can to kill Eraserhead and claim the bounty.
