"I don't get it!" Charles said in frustration, "We heard her yell his name. They have to be somewhere!"

"Sergeant?" a young woman called.

"Yes? Did you find anything that can help us?" Terry responded, clearly on edge. Not only was Jake one of his top detectives, but he was a close friend, and even his future daughter's godfather. Amy was also a great friend, and his other top detective.

"I'm not entirely sure sir," she said pointing across the room, "It looks to be some sort of recording device."

Holt who had just stepped back in with more cops from other precincts in tow, overheard this. He walked purposefully towards it and slapped on a pair of gloves. He hit rewind until it was at the beginning and hit play. Many officers had gathered around to listen.

The team gathered around the recorder and Holt hit play. Nothing they heard was good.

"Everyone meet back at the precinct. I'm calling in some people from the eighty-second to help. With Santiago and Peralta gone we will need extra help bringing them home safely. Let's move!" Holt ordered.

Back at the precinct, four officers arrived from the eighty-second. Holt sent everyone to the briefing room.

Once everyone settled, not that anyone could relax, Holt began speaking, "Okay everyone, listen up. Peralta and Santiago were baited into the warehouse, where Peralta was knocked unconscious by the bat we found. This was confirmed by blood tests. Amy was outnumbered and had to drop her gun. They were put into a car and the kidnappers drove away. Sergeant Jeffords looked into the anonymous tip we received last night, and was able to trace the call to a payphone just outside of Brooklyn. Now, we-"

Holt's voice was silenced by a phone ringing in the bullpen. Rosa rose from her chair and hurried to answer her desk phone. "Diaz."

The squad rushed into the room and Holt ordered a phone track when they heard Rosa say, "Amy?"
