"Bruno, you gotta make sure them bitches ain't stealing any of my shit. If I find out there's an ounce of it missing, on my mama I'm shooting all y'all niggas up." I hung up feeling frustrated. Yesterday, I found out that someone stole one thousand dollars from the trap.

And I'm not gonna let that shit slide.

"Man what took y'all asses so long. Got a nigga starving and shit." I said when I saw Levi and Sekani walk in with food and snacks.

"Well, Oompa Loompa over there wasn't tryna let me in the car when we were leaving Walmart. He was just mad that I bought him three bottles of toothpaste." Levi shrugged going into the living room to turn on my ps4.

"Man Levi keep playing with me. Imma get little Ivy on yo ass."Sekani said grabbing the other controller to play him on 2k.

I bust out laughing when I remembered what he was talking bout. Ivy, my four year old sister beat the shit out of Levi one time. He was messing with her Barbie dolls and decided on hiding some of their clothes away from her. Which ended up with him screaming on the floor and her small body on his back. It was the funniest shit ever. Tuh, My sister don't play bout her dolls.

"That day you were asking for it." I shook my head, going into the kitchen to grab some of the Welches fruit snacks from the Walmart bags.

this shit be busssin when you high and got the munchies.

"I don't recall." Levi said scrunching his face up at me before looking back at the game. I shook my head, walking back into the living room.

Levi and I are brothers. Well, not really but our moms are best friends so we grew up together. Even though that boy is a dumbass most of the time, he's always had my back through a lot of shit. Now we twenty one and still getting into crazy shit.

After I graduated from high school, I couldn't even afford to go to college. I was too busy doing two part-time jobs, helping my mama pay the bills, and taking care of my little sister and brother. Handling both jobs was a lot, so I turned to selling drugs and hung out with the wrong people. Now, I'm proud to say that I bought my mama a house and niggas came to me when they wanted to be put on. I guess I was always gonna be involved in this gang shit since my father was no stranger to this life.

Man Ion even wanna think about him right now.

"YOU SOME SHIT BITCH!" Levi jumped up, yelling in Sekani's ear. Then, he moved in front of the tv to dance like a robot. This nigga a whole clown. Somebody, please come get they son.

"I'm not playing no more because you stay cheating. Bruh my coach is buggin right now." Sekani put the controller down and scrolled through his phone on the couch.

We met Sekani in freshman year of high school. He would always wanna go to the court and play ball. I'm not gonna lie, he was way better than me. But I'll never say that shit in front of him cause...hell naw.

Sekani's a sophomore playing basketball at GreenHill University. It's a couple minutes away from here, so whenever he gets tired of his roommate Ricky, he ends up in my house somehow. Same with Levi, that nigga will come up here and eat up all my food. He basically owns one of the guest rooms even though he has his crib.

"Man I'm tired. Y'all dumb asses better not interrupt my nap either." I said standing up to go to my room.

"Who the fuck goes to sleep at 4 pm?" Levi asks.

"Me nigga." I mugged him before closing my door.

As soon as I laid down, my phone buzzed making me groan.

Gio💀: FaceTime me rq it's about mama.

                    Me: hold up.

"Yo Ashanti! You not goin believe what I just found out." Gio my fifteen year old brother said with his hand covering his mouth.

"What nigga? just say it. Wassup with mama?" I asked tiredly.

"Mama got-

"BUBBA, MAMA HAS A BOYFRIEND!" Ivy screamed snatching the phone away from him and put her whole face all up in the camera.

"Stop playing." I mugged them. I'm tryna figure out if I heard her right or if I'm just tripping.

"We not. A tall dark skin man named Marcus with tattoos was at the door, hugging mama and shit." Gio said snatching the phone back.

Guess I'm goin have to talk to her later because she acting too grown.

"Don't say bad words in my mama's house." Ivy lightly hit him in his mouth before smiling sweetly at the screen.

"Little girl don't get hurt." Gio joked mushing her head.

"Giovanni, I wish you would hit her. I'll drive up there and fuck you up till you start speaking gibberish." I chuckled, putting my head on the pillows.

"Anyways, you said when you come here next time that you were gonna buy me dolls." Ivy said pouting.

"When I said that?" I looked at her crazy and then hung up.

I love her but that's dead. She already got a lot.

"King, wake yo ass up boi." Levi said tickling my foot that was stuck out of the blanket.

"Levi I swear bruh, if I had the energy I would've..." I mumbled in a sleepy voice, getting ready to throw a pillow at him.

"...Beat my ass. Yea I know, get up we finna go to a college party with Sekani in an hour." He said in a deeper voice tryna mock me.

"Fuck I look like going to a college party." I straight-faced him.

"I mean we don't got shit to do. Bruno's handling everything at the club right now." He said looking at his phone.

"True. Alright, get out." I agreed before heading to my closet.

"Swear you need some pussy to fix that attitude." I heard him say and laugh after he closed the door.
