Kidnapped (once again)

Afterward we went to the mall. We went from shop to shop, but after a while I started to become nervous. My paranoia and anxiety setting in. it was too peaceful. I know I escaped just 2 days ago, and the villains already knew where I was so why haven't they attacked yet? I brushed away the idea as we continued walking around.

By now it was 3 in the afternoon. I yawned as we began to make our way out of the mall "today was great!" kirshima said brightly, the others agreed "I enjoyed it" todoroki said. I caught something out of the corner of my eye. A hooded figure. I stopped and turned around, looking to see if anyone was there. The group continued but tokoyami stopped "what's wrong, ayumu?" he asked. I shook my head "it's nothing, i'm just tired" I said, turning and the two of us caught up with the group.

I heard a loud explosion and the boys froze or tensed up. Multiple shops had exploded in front of us. A few more steps and we would have been caught in the blast. People began to scream and run the opposite direction. I was pushed away from the others through the chaos "guys!" I yelled as they tried to get to me "meet us behind the mall!" kirishima yelled before I was moved too far to see them. I sighed, this wasn't good at all. Some pro heroes had shown up but I made my way through the mall, heading towards the back entrances. After an hour or so I made it. The mall was surrounded by police offices and heroes. Apparently other places had exploded as well, no doubt it was the league of villains.

I put my hood up and slipped passed the police tape, weaving through the crowds of people and cars. I searched around for the boys, but there was no sign of them. I frowned before pulling my phone out

Ayumu: hey. Where are you guys?

Todo: we're having some problems. The police wont let us go the back way. Be careful, this is definitely the L.o.V

Ayumu: got it. I'll text you if something happens, for now I'll wait where I am.

I put my phone away and look around once more, the flashing lights not doing much good for me. Before I realized it gas filled the air, my eyes widened as I clasped my hands over my mouth and nose, I knew who it was doing this. I didnt move, knowing that if I did I would be caught very easily. Making no sound I waited quietly, using my own ears.

My hands weren't enough to keep the gas out and the fact that I couldn't go anywhere only made it worse. I quickly pulled out my phone and typed two words before passing out. My phone falling to the ground and cracking.

Todoroki POV

The boys and I stood a few feet from the police tape as bakugou huffed in annoyance "is she ok?" kaminari asked me. I nodded "yeah. she's in the back, we just have to get there" I say. Tokoyami sighs "if only we could use our quicks..." kirishima nods.

My phone vibrates and I look at the messages. My eyes widened and I looked up, seeing gas floating into the sky from the back of the mall "guys! The gas! Ayumu just texted me as well" I said with concern. The boys looked at me with wide eyes as I showed them the two word text

Ayumu: league. Help.

Bakugou was about to explode "their gonna take ayumu!" he growled, but kaminari and tokoyami held him back. Todoroki glares quietly at the gas in the sky. People and police began to notice as more heroes arrived. Aizawa ran up to us "are you guys ok?...Where is ayumu!?" he looked at us. Shinso sighed "we got separated, we told her to go to the back of the mall and that we'd meet her there but we were stopped and the smoke began to rise. That's when todoroki got a text from ayumu. It's the league." he says, looking at me "relax todoroki...the heroes who can deal with this kind of stuff can take care of it..." he said, trailing off which only voiced what he really knew was happening.

This wasn't just because of Ayumu. This was a real attack. She was just a bonus.
