I walked along a sidewalk in the city of Hosu. It was a risk coming here considering the amount of hero and villain activity. I sighed as I glanced around at the people continuing with their daily routines. I had my hood up and a mask on so that it would be harder to recognize me. The bags under my eyes becoming more apparent.

I hadn't gotten much sleep last night so I have been sleeping during the day whenever I can. Lucky for me I have had about 10 hours of sleep since I last used my quirk which was....a month ago? I don't keep track.

Between the noise of innocent people talking along the streets, cars passing by, shop doors opening and closing, and children laughing my head was going off like crazy. Not my usual 'being watched' or 'something isn't right' alarm. Just my headaches. I stopped beside an alleyway and frowned. The only way to get out of the annoying crowds was to go through alleys but It was the prime spot for villains. I shrugged off the voices in my head saying not to go and I did anyways.

Walking along the shadowy path I remained alert. Every noise I heard made me stop to look around. I hate this. It was relatively peaceful and quiet but that's what I didn't like. I continued forward, hoping to find a ladder so I could go roof hopping instead.

I heard a loud crash then some footsteps before freezing mid-step. My heart raced as my head went off like a fire alarm, once I snapped out of my trance I bolted forward only to be stopped by a wall of blue fire in my path. Dang it. "So you're the one everyone has been trying to catch...the boss has a big bounty placed on your head. It's quite interesting in fact. How you keep eluding us while also being seen." It was a man's voice. Clear but quite twisted. I spun around, facing my attacker. He had pitch black hair and blue eyes, he also had purple scars all over his body but he seemed healthy. "Well you can tell your boss to screw off" I hissed, this wasn't a good circumstance but if it came to it I would use my quirk. The guy laughed "listen, I don't care about any of that. I'm just here to do my job and get paid...whatever they need you for I could care less about" he says. I smirked under my mask "well then, I guess you cant do your job" I say, turning on my heels I dash towards the fire, jumping over the blue flames.

I raced towards a ladder and began climbing as he raced after me. Once we were on the roof I ran as he threw balls of his bright blue fire at me. Dodging the best I could I jumped to the next roof as my attacker followed after me. I stopped at the edge of the roof, the space between this one and the other was too wide. I wouldn't be able to jump it, so I turned, the back of my shoes hanging off the edge slightly. A breeze blew lightly as the beautiful day's warmth seeped through me. My attacker froze as I stood on the edge "well, tell everyone I said hi. Oh and, next time I suggest bringing another person along with you" I tipped him off and saluted before falling backward off the building.
