Chapter 07 - This Time, No Distraction

"Don't forget you're mine, Claire,"

I clench onto the report papers as I walked out of the gate. I remembered Aaron's word yesterday. I tried to not think much of it and proceed on going straight to the school. After 15 minutes of walking, I arrive at school. As it is a school day, all students are in class right now. When I arrive at the entrance, I saw a figure leaning against the wall.

As I came closer, I started to recognize it. "You're early, our meeting time is at 10," Aaron got surprised as I saw him flinch just now. But still, he came an hour early than the promised time. He told me that he was taking a stroll and ended up in the school.

He accompanies me to the principal's office. I told him to waited outside while I go in alone. The 39 years old principal is looking directly into me with his hands in his pockets, sitting at the edge of his desk. Also, as usual, he wears a black t-shirt instead of his suit.

He stands up straight and came to me with his arms open. He hugs me tightly into his arms while stroking my head. "How's my cute Claire been doing? I miss you so much since 2 days ago~ Don't make me keep waiting for you~ How are you?" "You're being cheerful as always. I'm doing fine, thank you for asking,"

Suddenly the sound of the doorknob hits the wall can be heard behind me while I'm still in the principal's arms. Aaron is standing there looking distressed. He came into the room and pull me away.

"Even if you own this school, you still can be reported for sexually harassing your student," His tone is different than usual, I can tell that he's mad. I look up to him and look into his eyes. It's narrower than normal. He glares into the principal, while he just stands there with his hand in his pockets and giving Aaron a smug expression.

"I always hug her whenever she came to hand in the paper works. I only hug her, no one else. She didn't hate it. If she did, she would've pushed me away or even reported me since her freshman year." The principal chuckled as he stated the fact. "What kind of person opening a school just to sexually harassing one student? What kind of principal allow mafia families to attend this school?" I guess many students are curious about that last fact...

The principal started to laugh as he holds his stomach, making Aaron get more irritated. He let me go from his arms as he charges towards him, grabbing his collar. It's the first time I see him behaving like this, I always see him being gentle. The principal just continues to laugh as he covers his face with his right hand. 

"You must be Viktor's child, I can see the resemblance between you both. Always make trouble and like getting involved in a fight. The fact the child is also attached to the student body president is just too perfect. You guys really are blood-related" 

Troubles? with an 's'? I have never seen him getting into a fight like ever. The principal seems to know Aaron's father too. His words made him explode as he about to punch him. I ran up to him, pulling the principal from his grip and block his fist.

We both stand straight as I turn my body to look at the principal. "Want me to report this to my father on how you're being childish right now?" He takes out his hands from his pocket and hugs me. "Aww Claire, you really have to do it dirty by using my brother like that? The fun part just started too,"

I turn back to Aaron as he got confused by what I said. "The principal, Fayre Luce is actually my father's older brother," "I'm not interested in designing that's why I didn't take over Luce's Light. So I build this private school instead," He told him everything about the question students ask a lot. He also told him that he never had a chance to have a child with his wife. "Not only Claire but I also treat her brother and the other two as my own children,"
