The breakfast was delicious. While Adrien devoured without any restriction. Sadly it could not be said the same for Chance. Being a model, he had to maintain his body.
Therefore, the only thing he could do was glared at Adrien while he sulked as he ate his salads. As they started breakfast late, when they arrived at the beach it was almost crowded.
Selecting a less crowded area, they settled down their stuff. Cora and Stella laid out their towels planning to get a tan while the males ran into the sea, whooping and hollering for joy.
It was long before the girls rushed and joined in too with a volleyball. Hit the ball, teaming up against one another, the moment was filled with howling with laughter, joy, and most importantly, creating a precious memory that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Snapping pictures of every treasured moment, it was soon time for them to leave. Heading back to their hotel, they couldn't stop pushing, teasing each other, and running off their mouth. Right before sundown, they arrived again at the beach wanting to experience the precious moment of a sunset.
No matter how many times someone has seen the sunset, it is an experience that demands to be repeated. Sitting beside each other, small conversation went on every now and then as a comfortable silence fell in. Soon the rich hues of red blended with oranges, purples, crimsons.
The clouds were cotton-candy, as though they blushed at the warm touch of the sun. Silhouettes of birds flew home across a sky that was now magenta, and the sun was half in the water, but its reflection in the sea made it look complete.
The mauve of the dusky sky intensified, and in just a while, the biggest star had set, giving way to a thousand others.
Putting a campfire, they sat around it. Adrien grabbed his guitar, putting it on his play, his fingers strumming the guitar. He would twist his fingers in all sorts of odd shapes to form chords around the maple wood fretboard and once or twice, would slide his hand up across the higher frets.
Stella leaned against him, laying down her head on his shoulder and closing her eyes, she breathes in the peaceful moment. Smiling, Chance pulled Cora towards him, wrapping his arms around him.
Adrien started to sing a soft melodious song. His voice was smooth and clear and quiet yet powerful. Soothing in a way. Before you know it, the rest joined in too with him, creating a harmonious moment.
In a blink of an eye, a week ended and it was time to go home. Maybe it's true when you are having fun and being happy, time flies so fast that everything ends making you turn back to reality. Back in Los Angeles International Airport, they were separated and were going home on their own.
As Cora was looking at her phone while pulling her luggage with her, she wasn't aware of the figure in front of her. Before she knew it, she crashed into it. The force caused her to lose grip on her phone.
