Y/N POV
It had been a while since I was injured and I was fine now.
Peter had called me to see if I was free to talk to him. I was.
He said that he'd come to my house so I tidied my room before he came in.
I was sitting in my bed when I heard a knock at the front door.
Peter. I thought.
I got up out of bed and went to the door to see who it was.
Peter was standing behind the door, he didn't look very happy which made me nervous because I wasn't sure what he wanted to talk about.
I opened the door to let him in. He looked at me and then just smiled.
"Peter, are you ok?" I asked concerned.
"Yeah I'm fine." Peter answered, but I knew that what he said was a lie.
He still didn't look happy, but he pretended to smile as he began to talk to me.
"Look Y/N, when you got hurt I didn't know I would be in that much pain.
I have never loved anyone before, so I'm not sure on what it's like, but I know more because you make me happier everyday." Peter said.
"What are you saying?" I asked even more confused.
"It was my fault you got hurt and I know you keep saying that it isn't, but you wouldn't have gone outside if it wasn't for me, therefore you wouldn't have been injured. Y/N when you are with me you are in danger and I can't bare to live like that. I've never loved anyone like you, well I've never met anyone like you. I'm not strong enough to protect you." Peter said.
"Yes you are Peter and it wasn't your fault, I promise." I reassured him.
"You deserve better Y/N, I love you so much, but I have to let you go. You deserve everything." Peter whispered back to me.
He took my hand from my side and lifted it to his face.
He gently kissed the back of my palm.
"I'm sorry." He whispered.
"Peter don't leave me." I said with tears rolling down my cheeks.
I walked up to Peter and cupped his cheeks with my hands.
I lightly kissed him on the lips and held him tightly.
"Stay with me." I whispered.
"I can't, I'm sorry." Peter whispered back.
