*Zayn's POV*
Why wasn't she answering my phone? I've tried calling Kayla multiple time but she keeos on denying them. I hope she's okay and I didn't go anything, I don't want to end up losing her again. I texted her to see if she would answer me then, but she didn't even read the messages. Maybe she was hanging out with Harry or someone. Yeah, that's probably why. I dail Harry's number and he answers in 2 rings.
"Hello?"
I sigh in relief when I hear his friendly voice again. If he is with Kayla, then why would he answer his phone and she won't? It just don't make sense to me. But then again he might not be with her right now."Hey Harry, are you with Kayla by any chance? She keeps denying my phone calls and won't answer my texts."
I hear a long pause, maybe like 5 seconds before I hear a sigh."Yes I'm with her. But please stop trying to get in contact with her. The police have her phone right now trying to investigate these unknown numbers. They have been texting her, telling her how no good she was and to kill herself. They've also sent her razor blades and a bottle bleach along with a note telling her if she survived the pain would only get worse for her. It was so mean and cruel Zayn... she's in the hospital getting the bleach drained from her immune system. And possibly getting stiches in her arms from how deep the cuts were. She has also lost a lot of blood."
My heart stops and the world start to spin around me so fast I start to feel sick. I grab the wall infront of me, trying to stay balanced as I sniff and lightly cry to myself. Who could.I leave her, who would be that cruel to do this to her? "Please don't cry Zayn. You have to stay strong for her. She really needs you to be."
"I can't! My baby is hurting because of this fucking bullshit! I'm on my way, I have to fucking see her before and if she dies." I hang up the phone before I could hear anything else, walking out of my classroom and trying to come down the hall. Brittany, one of my best students, saw me and ran over to me, trying to help me stand.
"Mr. Malik? Are you okay, you look like your going to be sick." I shake my head and stummble faster towards the office, as Mr. Burn walk out of the office. He turns and see us, quickly rushing towards me. He pushes Brittany away and hovers over me. I look back at Brittany who has a horrid look on her face as she walks away back to class.
"Zayn... I heard what happened. Harry called. Just get there safe and sound alright? Call off as long as you need, it will be okay." I nod my head as he hwlps me out to my car, leaving as soon as I'm in and starting the engine. I wipe my eyes from all the crying I have been doing and pull out from the parking lot. I speed my way down the streets, just trying to get to the hospital as fast as I can. I can't let my baby die... she just can't die on me or Harry or Louis or her father. She has to stay with us, she is literally our sunshine and happiness.
It took me not to long to get to the hospital, maybe about 20 mintues or so. I quickly open my door and lock the door as I quickly run towards the door as the open up, revealing a bloody mess Harry and sad Louis. I stop in my tracks as I see them, my breath picking back up. Harry looks over at me and gives me a sad and wary look as he walks towards me. I shake my head and try to run past him, but he blocks me. I try harder to get past but then Louis comes over and also holds me, calling out for help. I scream and try to push them away, but nothing is working.
Sercurity rushed out right away and held me back, Harry talking to me and saying it was going to be okay, but it honestly wasn't going to be just "okay". Nothing was ever going to be just "okay" after this, nothing. They end up sitting me in a sit and nurses keep asking if I need anything but I don't answer, I just sit there and cry my eyes out. I need to see her, I need to know she's alright and living.
