*Kayla's POV*
I turn my head slowly to the right, hearing light talking in the background but I can't make out the voices. "Kayla? Hey honey, I need you to open up them eyes for me, let me see them pretty eyes." I slowly begin to open my eyes, but slowly close them as I bright light flashed into my eyes. "Okay, let's take away this light. Now let's see them beautiful eyes." The same voice had said to me. I try to open them again, being thankful not to see that blinding light in my eyes again. I see people standing over me and some in the background but I still can't make them out from my vision being blurry.
I blink over and over again, trying to get my vision back on check which it slowly does. I see a doctor and two nurses on the right side of my bed as another on the other side of my bed, checking my IV's. "There's those pretty eyes. Let's get this tube out so you can breathe properly. This is going to feel weird but try not to move much okay?" I nod my head slowly as the doctor removes the tape from my face and slowly pulls a tube out from my mouth and throat. It did feel very weird but I didn't move a inch. Once it was out I begin to cough but they said that was normal.
"There we go. How do you feel?"
"I'm good." Wow... I have a serious dry throat from that. He nods and whispers something to the nurse as she walks away. Then the others leave the room, leaving me and the doctor, as though I thought.
"How she gonna be doc?" Andy?
"She'll be alright. She may have a dry throat and pains for awhile but that's normal. All she needs is something wet like milk or water but nothing to hot that could hurt her. She's still adgusting to healing but everything else should be alright." I see the person nod their head as they turn back to me, it being Andy.
"Hey there princess." I laugh but it sounded so dry so I smile in return. He takes a seat near me and hold my hand. "You just missed everyone. But I'm sure they'll be back soon." I nod as I go back to remembering Zayn being here with his famly and the beautiful words that they had said to me. If I was in this state I would have been bawling my eyes out because they don't even know me that well and they still said sweet things to me. And they are accpecting me into their family even makes his matter better for me.
"Do you know when Zayn will be back? And yes I heard everything." He chuckles before answering me question.
"I don't know honestly. He said he had to go and do something really important before he got to see you again."
A/N: Break! Take a moment *NOT CHEATING!* and think about what you think Zayn went out to do before he sees Kayla again! Hehehe (; Continue on when you got an idea!! (:
*Zayn's POV*
"Are you even sure this is going to work?"
My mom smiles sweetly at me as she nods and keeps looking through the set of rings. I bit my lips as I look around for the perfect one. I just hope that everything goes as planned because that's all I want in my life. I just want everything to be perfect in her life. I scan my eyes over an over all the rings, not one standing out from the other. I begin to just give up until one does start to catch my eye. I stare at it more as I bend down to get a closer look at it.
It was pure silver with two bands connecting to the center where there was a diamond and the bands also had diamonds covering them. It was perfect, but it got even more perfect when carved inside it was forever, with a diamond taking place at the 'o'. I smile as Doniya comes over to me, bending over and looking at the rings with me. "That's very pretty. I like it a lot." I look at her with a big smile.
"Me too." I still look at her as her face makes a weird face. "But look at the price." I turn and get a closer look at the price, cringing at it. She's lucky I love her because I've been saving up for this moment, but it may be abit more costy than I was hoping. But anything for her is so worth it.
