Jungkook groaned, falling onto his back. "This is ridiculous. This is the fifth time it's crashed!"
"It's fine, Jungkook, just calm down."
"I can't calm down! How are we supposed to finish this when it crashes every five seconds!"
Jimin sighed, rubbing circles on the younger's thigh since that's what was closest to him. "Maybe we should take a break, go eat or something."
Jungkook shrugged, sitting up. "I guess... what should we do?"
"What do you want to do?"
"I mean, I have video games."
"What games?"
Jungkook waved to the small bookshelf in the corner. On top of it was a TV and the shelves were lined with games and consoles. "All those. Choose whatever you want."
"There's so many!" Jimin shrieked, jumping up and running to the games. His finger traced the spines of the DVD cases, reading the titles. Jungkook couldn't help but watch him. He was so delicate with it, pausing whenever one caught his eye. Finally, he chose one. He pulled it out and spun around, holding it up for Jungkook to see.
"Mario Kart? Really? Do you want to destroy our friendship?"
Jimin shrugged. "We-" He stopped talking, a mischievous gleam entering his eyes. "I wanna ruin our friendship~" He sung.
Jungkook groaned. "Don't you dare finish that."
"Why not?"
"Because after I murder you in Mario Kart, we won't be friends."
"What? Why not?"
"Because you'll be dead, duh."
"Oh. So sure of yourself, aren't you," Jimin chuckled. He opened the case, turning on Jungkook's Wii and putting the disc in. He grabbed two remotes, handing one to Jungkook and keeping the other.
"Excuse me? I'm Yoshi, choose someone else."
"No way! You can be Donkey Kong."
"Absolutely not. Give me your remote-"
"No!" Jimin held his remote away, leaning back as Jungkook reached for it. Jungkook kept coming, and Jimin ended up falling onto his elbow.
They fought a bit longer and Jungkook gave in, choosing Toad instead. They picked their cars and opened a race.
Jimin was doing really well. He was in the lead - well, ahead of Jungkook. He was actually in fifth while Jungkook was in eighth.
And then Jimin was pushed to the side.
"Hey!" He got back up, glancing at the younger. He was smirking. Jimin looked back to the screen. He'd fallen into ninth, and Jungkook was in seventh.
Jimin let go of the remote with one hand, pushing Jungkook's shoulder. It didn't affect the younger. He pushed again, harder this time, and Jungkook fell to the side.
"What the heck?"
Jimin giggled, getting pushed again. He pushed back immediately. The race became less about the race and more about who could push harder. At one point, the controllers were forgotten on the ground for several seconds.
Eventually, the game whistled, signaling the race ended. Neither boy completed all three of their laps, though.
"I won! Ha! And you said you'd murder me at this game!"
Jungkook rolled his eyes. "If you hadn't cheated-"
"You started it!"
"Also, that was only the first race. We have two more to do."
