Nikki's POV

It was the last day of Vince's stay today, he was heading home later tonight, it'd been good to have him around though... yeah, Tommy and I had hardly had any alone time with our daughter but that was expected. We just reminisced on memories from many years ago, both pre and post River.

River had always found our stories interesting, she loved to hear about what we got up to, the terror Tommy and I caused, River loves to watch old interviews of us- she'd watched all the available ones you can access on YouTube, she'd even forced me and Tommy to watch them and I swear I spent the entire duration of them with my face buried into Tommy's chest.

It just reminded me how young I used to be and I just hate watching myself back on interviews... she forced me to watch the announcement interview Tom and I did when I first said about my pregnancy, it was so weird to watch back as I hadn't seen it in years... it was strange to see how scared I looked, how uncomfortable I was in my condition at that time. It was also a trip to see myself pregnant again but there you go.

River then forced me to watch the interview Tom and I did for MTV in '88, that one where we left Riv with Vince. That one was again very strange for me to watch back... because watching it back made me remember the shit I did when I was on smack. It wasn't a good time.

Some of the ones she'd made us watch though were quite fun and we could have a giggle at the clothes and hair we were sporting in the earlier 80's. We'd been watching some yesterday actually, Vince watched a few with us and we all ended out taking the piss of his hair, we actually forget just how blonde he used to be. That shit was brighter than the sun, like fuck man.

It was all good fun though.

Right now, we were all gathered in the living room because Tommy had cooked breakfast for us all this morning and nobody could really be assed to move from the couch so it's where we've all been for the last 3 hours or so, I was wrapped in Tommy's arms with my back against his side- Kyle at some point had raided the extensive film collection Tom and I possess and picked one out for us to watch, it was a decent film, one I hadn't watched before... one I wasn't even aware we owned- that was most likely Tommy's doing, 90% of the films we own Tom brought.

No joke we must have about $7,000 worth of DVD's in our house, I swear we have every film ever shown.

Midway through the film I saw Vince pull out his phone, out of curiosity I watched him and saw after about a minute him smile and nudge River, Riv lifted her head from Kyle's shoulder and looked at the singer who handed her his phone, the woman began to laugh which made me smile "What's so funny?" I wondered.

Both Vince and River looked over at me as Riv handed me Vin's phone, it was a picture of Vince and River from the set of the 'Primal Scream' video in '91, like usual it was just them fucking around- I remember actually taking that picture, I did like an entire fucking photo shoot of them, basically we had some time to kill before we were due back on set and that's what we did to fill the time.

You can see Mick sitting on some stairs in the background... not sure where Tommy is, I think he was dealing with Zayden cause he would have only been around 3 or 4 months old at this point in time. I feel like Tom ended out with Zayden way more than River cause of Riv never leaving my side and all.
