Clark Nelson and Alan Jonah were busy discussing some issues. Mostly regarding Apex's recent breakthroughs.
Clark: i knew our research would eventually yield positive news.
Alan: *scoffs* YOUR research mostly.
Clark: yes, slowly but surely my friend.
Alan: i see, *looks to Clark's direction* what exactly is being built here?
Clark: we call this device: The Red Chain
Clark points to four very special collars, designed to go around a Titan's neck
Clark: it's capable of controlling up to four Titans at once
Alan: sounds like it'll be useful for controlling the Titans, but why only make 4?
Clark: it's a work in progress, all we need are test subjects.
Alan: hmm...i think i might know the perfect subjects, Mr Nelson
Clark: go on?
Alan: when i had Emma and her daughter in my custody, she mentioned 4 Titans capable of bending the four elemental forces to their will. We were planning to release those 4 after we released Rodan, until Ghidorah used his alpha call.
Jonah opened the official Monarch website and opened the page information about the four Titans Emma spoke about.
