Happy new years party

Me and Leo were getting ready to go to a party, a New Years party. I wanted Daniel to go but he didn't want to, and I'm still telling him to come.

"If you don't like it you can leave, you never go to a party with me. Or just in general" I grabbed his shoulders and shake his body "fine, fine I'll go" Daniel out on his sweater. Leo can out with a black butted up shirt and some jeans, "ah Leo, my fashionista" I smiled, taking his hand and going to the car.

"Mr. Miyagi we're leaving!" Daniel yelled "have fun" Mr. Miyagi closed the door. "Who's car are we taking?" I asked, swinging the keys in the air "mine" Daniel got in his car. "Who's throwing the party anyway?" Daniel asked "Barbras cousin, No Ali's not going. She's gunna be with Family" I smiled.

I'm not with Johnny anymore, why be worried? I am a single Pringle nothing to worry about at this party. I was lying when I said 'Ali wasn't going to be there'.

Days like this Ali would've been with her family, but this time they let her go.

"We're here" I smiled getting out the car, "I already wanna leave" Daniel shut the car door "you need to have some fun sometimes, the only party you went to is the Halloween party"I laughed "family parties count" Daniel smiled walking into the house full of people.

Leo being the talkative boy he is, didn't say a word. He was quiet, "hey, you ok?" I asked "I'm fine, just a little tired" he laughed "alright well, let's go get something to drink" I took his hand leading him to the kitchen "hey Delilah!" Bobby laughed "Hey Bobby-Bobby!" I didn't pay attention to the person, also forgetting about Johnny.

"Why are you here? We went by your house and Daniel said you weren't there" he tilted his head to have a closer view of Daniel who was scratching his neck.

"I came today at like, 3 in the morning. Just to spend New Years with Daniel" I awkwardly smiled "I see Leo is here" he looked at him "oh yeah, he lives close near me" I laughed, we stared at each other "please don't tell Johnny I'm here!" I whined "alright, I won't tell him" he laughed.

"That was awkward" I smiled turning to Leo, "hey Daniel" Ali said behind him "hey Ali" Daniel smiled, I'm confused. I thought he like hated her? "See you later Delilah" Ali said walking with Daniel to an empty couch.

"Johnny's coming" Leo grabbed my hand and took me to a room with people sitting in a circle "you guys are playing?" A boy asked, putting a bottle in the middle. I knew what they were playing, Spin the bottle "no, we were actually gunna go" I left, Leo following me.

"He's coming this way" Leo chuckled "hide me" I whispered, Johnny getting closer. Leo pulled me closer to him, and kissed me. His hair hiding his face, and my hair hiding mine.

We soon pulled away "don't get anything the wrong way, just friends" Leo laughed, "yeah, just friends" I smiled. Did I just get rejected by a boy I didn't even ask out? He probably still does like Ali. But I don't want to ruin our friendship, so I'm just going to be the best friend I was before.
