RECAP
In chapter 14 a mysterious stranger shows up at Camp Half-Blood looking for Percy Jackson. Instead he finds Jason Grace and Piper McLean. He learns of Percy's betrayal and rage blazes inside him. He lets his powers take control but manages to limit them to the area surrounding his body.
Who is this mysterious stranger and what power does he posses? All will be revealed today in CHAPTER 15.
(Oh god that's cringey xD. Ah well I'm not deleting it.)
*Unknown POV*
Too late I remembered that my cloak wasn't fireproof. I was encased in a ball of fire, my cloak burnt away but the fire didn't stop. My rage and betrayal providing unlimited fuel for the flames that raged around my body. After what seemed like an eternity of my yelling at Piper and Jason, all the while surrounded by flickering flames, I managed to calm down enough to contain the fire. It slowly fizzled out and I stood there, cloak burnt away, hair and clothes still smoldering. Good thing my clothes were fireproof.
*Piper POV*
When the cloaked stranger suddenly erupted into flames, me and Jason stepped back in shock. Once I'd gotten over my shock I realized that he was yelling at us from inside the ball of fire. I recognized that voice, but I couldn't place it. The stranger stopped burning and I realized that his cloak had burnt away. I gasped. Leo. Leo! Leo was back! He wasn't dead! I lurched forward to hug him.
*Leo POV*
When Piper realized who I was she gasped and lurched towards me, trying to hug me. I sidestepped. She turned and looked at me with hurt in her eyes. "Don't expect me to hug you after what you've done." I spat. She hung her head and walked back to stand beside Jason. I glared at them both. I took a deep breath and settled my face into a mask of calm, though I could tell that the flames of my fury still blazed in my eyes. How could they do this to him. I had gotten very close to Percy on the Argo II. Even though Jason was my best friend, Percy and I had so much more in common. I looked at them again. "Grace, McLean." I said emotionlessly, even though I was mad, I would not let my rage get the best of me. I nodded politely in their direction and turned to leave. When I reached the border I turned back and called, "Good luck in the next war. You're going to need it." with that, I turned and walked back over the border, leaving Camp Half-Blood behind forever.

*TIME SKIP*
So I was planning on never returning to Camp Half-Blood but I realized pretty pretty quickly that I had no where else to go. I knew no one in New York, if Percy had been here I could've crashed at his place but of course he wasn't at his house. I could go to Camp Jupiter but it was a long way away and I was very tired. So , I headed back to camp and snuck in through the woods. I made my way to bunker 9 and figured that, since I was the only fire user at camp no one would be able to get in. I opened the door and made my way to the small room that I was turned into a bedroom for myself, as I often stayed in bunker 9 overnight while I was building the Argo II. It had a small camping stove, a portable heater and an army cot. I rummaged through the small chest of drawers and got the ingredients for tacos, before opening the drawer that I had turned into a freezer and grabbing some meat. I sat by the stove, lit it and started cooking.
While the meat defrosted and started to sizzle in the pan I sat on the army cot and looked at pictures of me, Jason and Piper and tears started to well up in my eyes, I wiped them away, Jason and Piper weren't worth crying over. They had betrayed Percy. I lit my hand on fire and watched as the picture crumbled to ash. Once that was done I lay back on the cot and closed my eyes, listening to the meat sizzle and smelling the delicious sound of cooking meat. My eyes snapped open. I sat up, listening carefully, what was that sound? It was the door to bunker 9 opening. Oh no. How did they manage to open it? I crept out of my small room and towards the bunker doors. They were closing now, which meant that the person was most likely in here with me.
I lit my hand on fire and grabbed a hammer. I was going to take them down or go down myself. Suddenly I heard a voice behind me, "Geez Leo, didn't realize you hated me enough to burn me and smash my head in with a hammer." The voice sounded amused. Startled, I dropped my hammer and whirled around hands blazing. Without looking I started shooting flames towards the voice. The figure, which seemed to be cloaked in shadows, dodged half of my fire with a series of incredible rolls, jumps, flips and summersaults. Then, they calmly stuck out their hand and all the remaining flames swirled towards them surrounded their outstretched hand, swirling like snakes around it. They snapped their fingers and all the flames disappeared. "W-who are you?" I stuttered. They chuckled, "Why don't we have some tacos and I'll explain everything." I nodded dumbly.
We sat down around the stove and I made the tacos and handed him (I had decided they were a him judged on their posture and voice) a taco. He bit into it and moaned in pleasure, "You sure do know how to make tacos Valdez, can't imagine how I survived without them while you were 'dead'" He put quotation marks around the word dead as if he knew I'd never really been dead. "Who are you?" I asked again, no stutter this time. He chuckled, "I'm surprised you haven't figures it out be now Repair Boy." He summoned some water and started playing with it. I gasped, "Percy!?" He nodded and pulled down his hood. I stood there in shock for a moment, he looked different. His raven black hair had white in it now, not much, just the tips. He had streaks of red and blue in his hair as well. He was taller, had obviously been working out more and his style had changed, he wore darker clothes now. His sea green eyes had specks of black in them. I had to admit, he was even more good-looking than he had been when I had last seen him. "Done checking me out yet Leo?" his amused voice cut through my musings. I winked at him and said in a joking voice "You sure you're not the one checking me out Water Boy?" He laughed.

Percy had just finished explaining about the army to me, I was surprised, to say the least. He turned to me and said "So, what do ya say Repair Boy? You wanna join?" I thought about it, yes I did want to join. I had a promise to keep though. Suddenly I had a brainwave, I turned to Percy and said "I'll join on one condition." He raised an eyebrow, "Let Calypso join as well." I finished. Percy considered it for a second before replying "Alright but it's her choice. If she'd rather stay on Ogygia then we leave her there. Ok?" I nodded. "Alright grab on." Percy extended his arm and I grabbed it, "Oh and one more thing," I smirked, "Aim for the dining table." Percy smirked and black lightning struck us.
A/N: Hope you enjoyed :)
Happy B-day sis.
Peace out! ✌️
