Making a pact With the demon inside my head
Making peace with the guilt eating my gut
Please, don't charge in and spread
When I'm feeling high and make me internally shut
You can wait for lows instead
To barge in and make your cut
So don't cut short my happiness rush
Or drive me to a sudden crush
For I want to longer brush
My sweet happiness rush
Oh, demon inside my head!
