In the outskirts of Kuoh, there were two craters out in the forest. In them were two children. one looked to be the embodiment of light, the other being the embodiment of darkness. The two rise from their respective craters before looking at each other.
Yuyake/Tenshi: Who are you?! Who am I?! Stop that!
Yuyake: Ok, I'll start. Who are You?
Tenshi: I... M-my name is T-tenshi... I think...
Yuyake: I... I am Yuyake... I think...
The two look at each other again and felt a connection with each other. A familial connection.
Yuyake: Hey, do ya feel that?
Tenshi: Y-yeah... I sense a c-connection.
Yuyake: And we do look a little bit alike.
Tenshi: D-do you think we are b-brothers?
Yuyake: It makes sense to me. Well, it's cool to meet you bro.
Tenshi: N-nice to meet you t-too, brother.
The two shake hands and smiled. A ruffle in the bushes caused the twins to be startled. Yuyake took a defensive position while Tenshi hid behind his brother. Out of the bushes however... was a rabbit.
Tenshi: Oh... that's not s-scary.
Yuyake: Yeah. C'mon, let's try and find somewhere to stay. This place doesn't feel right.
Tenshi: Ok. L-l-let's stay close...
Yuyake: Agreed. Brother's should watch each other's backs.
Tenshi: Th-thank you...
The twin brothers leave the forest.
*meanwhile*
In the ORC, Rias and the other devils sensed a massive spike in power in the area. So much so that it caused everyone to jump.
Kiba: I'm not the only one who felt that right?
Koneko: Nope.
Akeno: It was suffocating to say the least
Rias: Whatever it was, it could be a danger to us.
Akeno: Agreed.
Rias: Koneko, I'll need you to scout out and investigate.
Koneko: Word.

They made it to town, with each passerby looking at the twins with worry or with caution. The way the dark twin looked at people was more then threatening. And his protectiveness of his white haired twin only made approaching harder. up until...

They bumped into someone. The twins look to see...
