Dear Mr.Lincoln:

You'd be surprised what one would think when they looked into your tired eyes; heck, you'd be surprised that one was still looking at your eyes all the way in 2021. What I thought was: did those eyes ever imagine seeing a pandemic of both disease and hatred? Did they experience what it was like to be surrounded on every side by ignorance and indifference? Did those eyes that saw the creation of a nation envision that it may fall apart because of its own people? That the people that hid away behind the reputation of a nation would reveal themselves as the perpetrators of fought-for-freedom? I'm sure those eyes have seen humanity's worst and best; now we get to see it too.

I'm quite simply ignoring all the aspects of him being a political figure... ignoring all the facts: I literally looked up "Pictures" on Google and this was one that came up... it's age was what inspired me... his old features complimented between the black and whiteness of it all. No one could predict today, though nowadays someone would always claim to have predicted it...😒
