So you know how in steven universe they bubble gems, well what if ink learned how to bubble stuff. So during a fight with the bad sanses, he bubbles nightmares soul but by accident nightmares consciousness/mind was transferred into his soul and nightmares body is basically in a coma. Ink takes nightmares soul back to the star sanses base (leaving his body with the bad sanses)and puts nightmares soul in a mirror. What if nightmare basically possess/trapped in the mirror but you can see nightmare and hear nightmare. Will ink use this to his advantage and keep this a secret. Will the others find out and save nightmare or will nightmare be inks prisoner forever.
(Sorry if I keep on making ink the bad guy but the soulless creater is the bad guy in my eyes..... sometimes.)
