I groan quietly as something pushes my face, it happens again and again before I reluctantly give in

I open my eyes slowly to see grey ones staring me down

"When did Frode allow you inside?" I mumble

He jumps up and down as I shift to get up

I move so I'm sitting on the side of my bed lifting my shirt slightly

There it was, pink stained bandages

"Nice... a battle scar"

I get up loosing balance slightly

How long had I been out?

I step slowly down the stairs noticing a new door with a sign

'L/n Family Stable'

I walk to the main door and open it, to be greeted by a beautiful sight

Dragons... on berk, not destroying anything out of fear

Then I see three people i wanted to see

"Ruff!! Tuff!! Frode!!" I yell out to them and they turn, all running towards me

"Hey, you're alive!!"

"How long has it been?"

"Umm three weeks N/n... Hiccup just woke up as well"

"Great... can I get a hug?"
I say to them they all hug me- being weary of my side

"We missed you" Frode mumbles

"We thought you were dead..." Ruff says to me as they pull away

"Well I don't feel dead so...? Does that count?"

"You just woke up and you're already being sarcastic? Really?"

"Always the tone of surprise Tuff"

"You know you got of lucky right? Hiccup lost his leg"

"He did?!! D/n! Want to go for a fly bud?"

He runs out and lifts me on his back

"He was inside?!!! D/n! That's the fifth time this week!"

D/n hits him in the head with his tail

"I know you're her friend but Ruff and Tuff didn't sneak in- did you?"

"Maybe once or twice"

"You should see the look on your face!!"

They start to argue about it gaining the attention of their dragons

Skyburner, Barf and Belch pick up their respective riders before taking off, D/n following

"This is Berk. It snows nine months out of the year, and hails the other three. Any food grows here is tough and tasteless. The people that grow here, even more so. The only upsides are the pets. While other places have ponies, or parrots; we have... dragons."
