Before we turn back, Thanks for the memories

Courtney's POV:
I open my eyes to the morning light. I look out to see beautiful Pom trees and blue sky. I smile as we pull up to a big white house. I get off and walk in, but barley before looking at it I immediately see the beautiful backyard.

"I can't believe I never wanted to go to California before."

"And yet every time I offered it you turned me down," Duncan said putting his head on my shoulder doing puppy eyes. I push him off and roll my eyes smirking.

"Because everywhere we go I have to keep you like a dog on a leash." 

"Well I never said you had to."

I laugh as he walks towards the stairs.

"What are you doing you idiot?"

"Oh nothing just going to pick out the best room."

He walks slowly up the stairs before sprinting.

"Get back here!"

"Guys for once on this trip can you not fight?" Bridgette said walking in with Geoff.

We look at her and I start laughing.

"What's so funny princess?"

"Nothing," I say trying to calm down my laughter. "It's just that... We always fight and that's the only thing we ever hear. STOP FIGHTING," I say the last part bursting out laughing again.

"That's all you two know how to do," Gwen said walking up the stairs. "I'll go get the best bedroom and you two will get whatever Geoff and Bridgette give you."

Bridgette smiled and nods to Geoff. Geoff throws Duncan over his shoulder and Bridgette starts pulling me by the ear as Geoff pulls Duncan over his shoulder.

"Stop it," I yell as Bridgette ignores me and keeps tugging me.

I look behind us and see Duncan over Geoff's shoulder. I start giggling a bit and Bridgette even turns around and starts laughing.

We make it outside and she puts me on the ground.

I sit there arms crossed by Dawn's feet.

"Courtney are you okay?"

I look up at her and say, "I'm fine."

She shrugs and walks around me inside.

"Get up you're fine," Gwen says looking down, drawing in her sketch book.

"NO!" Me and Duncan say looking at them. They look at each other again, but this time they shrugged and walked in leaving me and Duncan outside on the smooth concrete.  

As they walk in Duncan opens his mouth.

"Shut the **** up."

"Wow. Ms. Princess is being mean. And I didn't even say anything yet."

"I know. But you were probably gonna say something stupid."

I get up and dust off my clothes.

"Leaving so soon," he says with a smirk.

"We have to unpack sooner or later. Might as well do it now."

I walk away and go to a random room on my right.

"What is this gonna be? A sleepover," someone says as I walk in. I look to see Gwen standing by a dresser.

"How'd you know I was here?"

She points in front of her and I see a mirror.

"Oh."

"Yeah. So what do you want?"
