5. Meet Eden

We walked into the canteen, for some reason the boy gang wanted to sit with us so we allowed them releasing that we probably didn't have a choice. We all sat down and made sure there was a seat left for Destiny as she was always last to get her lunch. Ryder tried to sit down beside Jordan but she just hit him. Destiny came and sat down beside Tayler, he looked at her tray and saw peppers. "Oooo pepper!" He said pointing at it, we all looked at each other and Destiny just started laughing hysterically, she'll always laugh a little too much at any joke Tayler says, she's borderline obsessed. "So when are you guys gonna date?" Jordan asked them, that's the question that everybody wants to know the answer to. They would be the it couple of our whole school. "Yeah, when are you?" I agreed. Destiny looked at us trying to get us to stop and we smirked while Tayler just blushed. "Aww they're blushing," Ryder shouted pointing at them, making a scene. "You all have a crush on Jordan so shut up!" Tayler said straight up exposing them, everyone turned to Jordan. "What? I heard my name, what did you say?" She said cluelessly. Tayler sighed, "I said, you all have a crush on Jordan so shut up!" Jordan's eyes widened and she looked at the table. "That's my time to exit," She said standing up and getting her stuff. While she was walking out she got stopped when she walked into the bully of our class and Ryders biggest fan girl, I guess you could call it, Eden. "Oh hey!" Eden said with an attitude. All of us at the table noticed and we all tried to listen in, me and Destiny were ready to step in just in case Jordan got herself into any trouble. "What do you want?" Jordan asked her trying to get away. Eden scoffed at her, she thinks that she's tough when we all know that she isn't. "Why are you being so mean to me recently, bestie?" She said the last part with a smirk, me and Destiny stood up ready to run over because we already knew that Jordan wasn't going to let her go without at least a punch. "Stella, I've got this one." She whisper-shouted at me while winking. I looked at everyone else at the table and they just shook their heads, Tayler stood up and put his hand on Destiny's shoulder. "Be careful," He said to her, she nodded and got ready while he sat back down. It's not like she was gonna die! At least I thought that. I looked back over to Jordan and Eden and I missed half of the conversation, shoot I really wanted to know what they were gonna talk about. Whatever it was, Jordan had her arms crossed and the she just stared Eden right in the eyes. Eden isn't like anyone else though. Usually, if Jordan done that to anyone else, they'd run away immediately because Jordan's very intimidating, instead Eden thinks that she's tough so she thinks that if Jordan hits her, it won't hurt even though we all know that it would. Ryder says that he thinks her fist is made out of metal it hurts that much. Everybody knows that deep down Eden is scared of her but she just doesn't want to show it for two reasons. One being that she wants to have a reputation of being tough and not scared of anything or anyone, the other one being that Ryder was watching. Jordan raised her fist up at was in mid punch when Destiny ran in front of her and instead of Jordan hitting Eden, she hit Destiny right across her nose bridge. Ouch. We were all in shock, Jordan looked worried, Eden was laughing and Tayler was panicking like crazy. We ran over to her as quick as we could, especially Tayler who I've never seen run in my life. She laid there with her eyes closed and honestly we all thought that she had died. Tayler put his hands around her head and pulled her up to see if she was dead, checking if she's breathing. He jamp away and dropped her. "Jesus her breath stinks!" He said trying to get some air. "So is she alive?" Parker asked him, we all looked down at her and she sat up, undertaker style. She opened her eyes. "Yeah I'm alive!" She started, we showed signs of relief. "Just think you broke my nose a little bit." She continued, looking at Jordan. "Yeah sorry about that," She apologised sincerely, "I meant to hit her." She went to point at Eden, but we realised that she had fleed. This was an interesting lunch time.
