019. Chrenelope

We're back in class now, everything is so awkward. Destiny and Tayler still have tears rolling down their faces and the rest of us were about to breakdown as well. We were all sat in silence but every now and then we'd catch Destiny and Tayler looking at each other which gave us all a bit of hope. "Psst." Chris whispered getting all of our attentions. "What's the answer to question one?" He asked, oh yeah I forgot to say what we're doing. We're doing some quiz on a book that we read in class the other day which is pretty boring to be honest but it had to be done. "Chris are you dumb?" Destiny said, what the hell? She's never like that. "It's just what's the name of the book you idiot." She said aggressively, Chris quickly put his head down and just skipped that question. We all looked at each other, is she seriously going to turn mean now that she got her heart broke, she can't, that's not the Destiny that we all know and love. She's going to turn into Jordan! We got back to work and Parker nudged me half way through. "What?" I whispered. "I need to talk to you." He said and we both used excuses to go out of the class and into the hallway to talk. "Is this about what I think it is?" I asked him and he nodded. "Look, I don't have long to plan this, we literally have a two days until we're finished this year of school!" Shoot, I forgot that it's that close. "You'll see her during the summer though." He rolled his eyes, I still found it sweet how he's this committed into doing this for Jordan after getting rejected. "I know but I need to do the build up." He told me and I understood his idea. He told me to start trying to get her to spend some time with him in school as well by moving everyone else away. I didn't know how this was going to work but I think that I could do it. We went back to class and I think that we missed just a little bit. Chris's chair was on the ground and he was lying on the floor, Destiny was getting yelled at by the teacher and everyone else was trying to see if Chris was alive. Me and Parker looked at each other and ran over. "What happened?" I asked Jordan and she laughed. "Destiny knocked him over because he wouldn't give her pencil pack." Wow, I don't know what's gotten into her except from the fact that a breakup has caused her to become Jordan 2.0. "Is anyone going to talk about that?" Parker asked and pointed to the back of the classroom where Layla and Ryder sat, she was leaning against his shoulder, they looked like an official couple but in a gross way. Destiny came back and acted like nothing happened, Chris still laid there on the floor all the way until lunch. 

We were walking towards the canteen when Destiny came past me and Tayler and nudged him by "accident". I don't know what it was but I didn't like this new Destiny at all. "I miss her." Tayler started crying again. "Don't cry." I said comforting him and gave him a pep talk. "You know what, I'm going to win her back!" He said confidently, I don't think I've ever seen Tayler this confident in my life but I believed in him. We made it into the canteen and we saw Ryder and Layla sitting at a table by themselves sharing their food. "Ew." I said sitting down beside Jordan. "I know right." She agreed with me and we all couldn't stop staring. Tayler told the rest of the table his plan on how to get Destiny back because she was still getting her lunch, he was basically just going to keep trying to apologize and do anything for her and we all know Destiny really well and we know that it's going to work. Parker looked at me telling me to do his plan outside and I nodded. Destiny came over and sat at the other side of the table from Tayler and he got up and tapped her on the shoulder. "What?" She said, she wasn't in the best of moods. "Please can we talk?" He asked and done a pouty face which made her smile and we all could tell that she still liked him she agreed to and they both walked out and into the cloakroom. They came back a few minutes later holding hands. "Are you guys back together?" I asked hopefully and everyone looked at them. "Yes." Destiny said and we all started cheering and clapping. "That's true love!" Chris said and started clapping even more. "You know what," Jordan started. "I'm so glad that you guys worked things out so who cares about Eden, i'll leave her, no one can ever ruin a relationship like yours." She said and we were all happy that she decided to let it go. Penelope came over to Chris and hugged him. Chris's eyes widened and hugged her back and we all said 'aw'. "I love you Chris." She said and we all gasped, we have a problem with gasping recently. "I love you two?" He said and they stared into each others eyes for a second. "Will you be my girlfriend?" Chris asked and a smile went on all of our faces. "No, it was a dare to do that." She laughed and Chris turned red and we all felt embarrassed for him but at the same time it was funny. "Just kidding, of course I will." She said and they hugged again. "Aw, Chrenelope!" We all exclaimed, this was actually a good day today. Testiny broke up then got back together and then Destiny got back to her normal kind self after turning into Jordan 2.0, Chris and Penelope got together and now i'm going to get Parker and Jordan together. The worst part of the day was finding out that Layla and Ryder were dating. He hasn't spoke to us since, I think that he's honestly left our friend group.
