You rang?

I deliver!

Ok.

Dragons.

They are basically a cat and a deer with a mix of dog.

Yep.

They have the structure of a deer and dog body. So if you have trouble with those - just look at some deer and dog references!

And for the cat?

The personality and talons. What I mean is: Dragons are generally gracefully creatures, so cat poses can help a lot when it comes to that.

But talons are a whole other thing that maybe a part 2 would benefit from more.

DISCLAIMER!!!!!! This how I tackle drawing dragons - but it is not the only way to do it!!!!

Ok, lets get to the actual drawing!

First up! This is how I start - draw two circles for the head and snout and a line to place out where the neck, body, and tail will follow

Step 2! I add circles for the chest and flank areas and rough out the limbs (Arms, legs, tail)

Step 3! I will do this in red so its easier to see - I add 'meat' to the skeleton of our dragon!
