"can we go? Please? I'm starving!" Haechan took y/ns purse in his hand.

Their performance had come to an end and as soon as he went backstage he changed into his sweatpants and hoodie.

He was now sitting on a chair, looking at something on his phone.

"no, I want to hear this song" she said with her eyes on the screen.

She didn't know "Answer" was an Ateez song.

"whyyy"

"because I like it and it's my first time seeing it live"

"Then after this song, can we go?"

"hm" she smiled, nodding quickly. "Where is Taeil by the way?"

"did you miss me?" A voice was heard from behind her. She got up to see him and go to the fridge, feeling her heart stop beating at the sight.

She saw Jaehyun walking towards them with his head down, being on his phone. He probably hadn't seen her yet.

She quickly walked to the fridge to grab a drink again. "no, I'm just hungry." she answered to Taeil who followed her to the fridge.  "Haechanah... We can go now" she said while Jaehyun was not close enough yet.

"now I want to stay-"

"okay, I'll be waiting for you at the restaurant then" she put her coat on, about to leave.

"Ya, you need this" he showed her the purse.

Making a funny face, the girl went back again to take it.

"why don't you stay a little bit more?" He smirked, getting up.

He shoved his phone in his pocket and took his jacket in his hand as well.

"the song is over" looked at the screen. Someone else was on stage already.

"we did it, we did it oh yayy"

"yaaaa stop being a creep" laughter echoed in the cafeteria suddenly.

As the girl turned around to leave with Haechan, she came face to face with Jaehyun.

She pressed her lips together looking away, then turned the other way to leave.

She couldn't stand having his eyes on her. She felt like suffocating.

"Hey, Y/n! Did you see us?!!" Someone's loud voice made all heads turns.

The girl trying to hide in the wave of people so she won't be seen by Jaehyun bowed her head. "Hello, yes I did. You were really good" she smiled, standing not too far but not too close either.

"do you know this song too?"

"yes I do! I even sang along" she smiled, looking around for Haechan. "Haechan did too." She said, making him smile big

"woah, really? That's awesome..."

"Ya, y/n, I'm starving" Haechan whines, coming closer. "oh, hello" he bowed a little to greet Yunho.

"Hello" Yunho bowed back.

"Ya, Yunhoah... Are you done?We should go" Someone called making the man look away.

"coming -" he said, "thank you for cheering for us too! I have to go. I hope we can meet again"

"see you" she waved, seeing him walking away and to his group who were all piercing them with their eyes.
