Y/n was sleeping on the couch when she heard the front door opening. She knew it was Jaehyun from the way he took off his shoes and pushed them on the side, before going in.

The girl got up and annoyed went to her bedroom before he sees her, bringing his pillow and a blanket back to the living room.

"Babe"he smiled,but her reaction was not the same.

She just turned around and went to her room again.

Jaehyun confused,started walking to their room, but seeing his pillow on the couch made him stop walking. "Ya"he mumbles, taking the pillow in his hand.

He made his way to their room and closed the door behind him. "Babe"he sat on the bed, placing his hand on her hip to shake her.

All y/n did was turning to face his side on the bed, having her back at him.

"Where were you?"She asked coldly.

"I took Emma to a safe place"he mumbled because it was no use lying to her.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't have time."

"Jaehyun, you've been gone since early this morning. It's 3 am now...you didn't have time to pick up the stupid phone and tell me? Why weren't you answering my calls? I thought something happened!" She turned to look at him annoyed. "Emmas fiance came here and you have no idea what crossed my mind when I couldn't reach you"her lips started shaking.

"Babe, I'm sorry"

"Whatever... don't talk to me tonight, I'm angry."she got up, heading to the bathroom to cry.

She didn't want to be seen crying.
She was worried and all the frustration and relief came out as tears.

Jaehyun took his pillow in his hand again and walked back to the living room, giving her some time alone.

He then realised how the girl felt. He saw all the missed calls and messages on his phone. He didn't contact her since when he left without notice.

To:Manager Kim
Hyung,can you place some men around my apartment and the building we are at? Emmas husband came to our place.
Do you think I should take y/n and the kids to a safer place? was all he sent,not expecting an answer at that time.

It was 3 am after all.

"Mom,"Jiyoon started licking his cover in chocolate fingers.

Y/n was busy doing the dishes while the kids were having their breakfast and while Jaehyun was quietly spreading chocolate cream on bread for them.

"Hm?"she asked without turning to look at them.

Her and Jaehyun didn't exchange a word this morning.

"Did you tell Jaehyun about the name for the baby?oops"his eyes widened in shock when he dropped the bread on his plate.

"Jiyoonah,you thought of a name?"Jaehyun smiled.

"I have a list in my room. I'll show you when Haechan hyung brings us home later."

"Hmm,okay"Jaehyun nodded his head. "Hyuck will be here soon. Tell me when you're done eating so you can wash and get dressed."

"I'll go get dressed now. I want to be ready"

"Jiyoonah, don't you want to eat some more?"the girl wiped her hands with a towel

"I need some room for waffles"the kid smiled

"You just had chocolate baby"y/n frowns

"It's okay,he can have some more for today. But not too much. You'll feel sick"Jaehyun got up, taking the plates in his hands and bringing them to the sink.

"Thank you"Jiyoon ran to his room, leaving the couple alone with Jieun in the kitchen.

"Hey"Jaehyun took the plastic gloves of her hands. "Y/n.."

"What"

"Are you still mad?"the man asked, seeing her nod.

"I was mostly worried"she mumbled.

"Don't worry babe... I was careful"the man mumbled. "are you sure it was him?"

"Yeah...Jae"y/n looked around her in case Jiyoom hears. "I recently heard from Emma,that this man is no good. He is doing illegal things and is dangerous. And that man rang our bell yesterday. I was so scared, I had to lock the kids in Jieuns room and fell asleep on the couch with a freaking butter knife in my hand"she said with one breath

Jaehyun chuckled,then wiped his hands on the same towel the girl did. "I asked from hyung to boost the security around here. Don't contact Emma these days okay? Police officers are keeping an eye on her and inform hyung so don't worry."he held both of her hands.

The girl was just standing, looking at him in a weird way.

"I know that look"Jaehyun pouts.

"You do?"

"You look at me like that everytime you're thinking of hitting me"

"Smart"the girl looked down. "There's something I want to talk about with you after Hyuck takes the kids. Do you have anything to do?"

"No. Is it serious?"

"Yeah... remember when I told you that Jiyoon recognised his mother?"she asked seeing him nod. "I didn't tell you who she is"

"You know who she is?"

"Yeah"

"It's okay. She can do nothing now babe so don't worry"

"I still wanna let you know"

"Okay"Jaehyun leaned for a kiss but stopped halfway. "Oh?"

"Do you like my hat?"Jiyoon walked to them with his black clothes and hat on. "I look like you. I'm cool"the boy put his sunglasses on. "I have a black mask too"

"Woah...you look like a real celebrity"Y/n chuckled.

"Are these the shoes I got you?"Jaehyun kneeled to tie Jiyoons shoelaces.

"Yes. I like them"the boy smiled. "Call hyung,where is he? We have to go out early"

"Why are you in a hurry?"y/n took the phone in her hand.

"Yunho hyung told me,the earlier we go out the longer we have fun"

"Smart"Jaehyun snorted.

"Don't always believed what your hyungs tell you,okay?"

"Oh-the doorbell"the boy smiled big, running to the door.

"Jiyoonah,what did I tell you yesterday about the door?"Y/n raised her voice to be heard,while Jaehyun was hurrying to keep up with him.

"I'm sorry mom! I won't do it again"he raised his voice too,while high fiving Haechan.

"Are you ready?"

"Yeah,look at my clothes"

"You are more stylish than me"he smiled, seeing y/n walking towards them with Jieun in her arms.

"Yunho is waiting for us in the car. I'll take the kids to the dorm later okay? Ah hyung,the boys said you should all come to the dorm and stay with us. Since we don't have any schedules these days it will be better if you are around many people. Security at our dorm is better"

"I'll text you. Now have fun."Jaehyun took Jieun from y/n and gave her to him.

"Don't eat much chocolate"y/n pointed at the two boys, seeing them nod

"Of course"Jiyoon smiles

"Of course"Haechan smirked before he disappears with the kids.
