'Is she on our class? ' tanjiro continued to think while staring at the girl sitting quietly while her friend is talking to her

"What are you looking at?" Zenitsu asked with a smirk taped in his face

"Wait, Do you lik-" Tanjiro stopped Zenitsu

"Who is...

she?" Tanjiro asked Zenitsu

We continue

Zenitsu laughed like there is no tomorrow while asking why.

He felt something threatening in his spine and he does not like it, and he saw Tanjiro giving him a death glare.

'Ok I felt that' Zenitsu thought while clearing his throat

"I don't know who she is, what she is, or what room she is okay" Zenitsu said

"We didn't pay attention when everyone's introducing themselves; now please stop giving me that glare" Zenitsu begged Tanjiro and he nearly cried

"Why are you so curious oni-chan" Nezuko said while smiling mischievously

"I don't know, she just caught my eye" Tanjiro looked away in embarrassment

"You were paying attention right Nezuko?" Tanjiro asked still looking away

"Yeah, her name is Kanao Tsu-Tsuyuri...Yeah" Nezuko replied while being unsure so she added "I think"

"Why, do you like her?" Nezuko giggled

"Ehhh!"

"No I don't, I was just asking you know" Tanjiro was embarassed

"Well it's best to just ask her when I see her in our room" Tanjiro smiled

"Yeah" Zenitsu and Nezuko giggled mischievously while Inosuke don't know whats happening and keep eating his ramen

TIMESKIP To: After School

"You're going to ask her right?" Nezuko asked

"Yeah, I almost forgot about that...thanks Nezuko!" Tanjiro replied happily

He looked at his room and saw the girl she was looking for

Still with those beautiful purple eyes and a butterfly hairpin

Tanjiro was nervous and happy at the same time he did not know what he was feeling

Tanjiro's POV

'Ok here goes nothin''I thought nervously while taking steps to approach the girl

"Hi, I'm Tanjiro Kamado nice to meet you" I was surely nervous but decided not to show it and give them a big bright smile.

Kanao did not reply

Someone talked back but it was not Kanao

'She was the one I saw earlier with Kanao, I think this is her friend' I thought

"Oh hi, I'm sorry she doesn't talk that mu-" the blue haired girl was cut-off by Kanao who started talking

"Oh hi, I'm Kanao Tsuyuri nice to meet you too" Kanao gave us a big smile

"Kanao you finally talked!" The blue-haired girl said happily then hugged Kanao

'you finally talked?... what does she mean by that?' I was confused by what the blue-haired girl said

"My coin turned heads so I talked" Kanao replied

"By the way, this is Aoi Kanzaki; my friend" Kanao said happily

I can't stop thinking of what Aoi said a minute ago

"Hey Aoi, can I ask you something?" I asked

"Oh yeah, what is it?" Aoi Replied

"Out of my curiosity, what do you mean by ~you finally talked~?" I asked her again

"About that, she really doesn't talk to people rather than her sisters; she barely talks to me. If you want to know more about what she's doing, ask her; she might reply" Aoi said

"Hey Kanao, what do you mean by ~it turned heads~ earlier; I'm sorry if this is personal but you can just skip the question if you want" I said

Kanao flipped the coin

Heads: Talk Tails: Don't Talk

The coin turned to heads

"I flip my coin to decide what I will do next or follow orders" Kanao replied

Kanao's POV:

I do this every day. Toss my coin on every move I make. I don't even eat or sleep without my master's orders

What is this feeling? It feels warm and safe, my heart is pounding like crazy

Author's POV:

"Ok" Tanjiro replied

"Can I borrow your coin?" Tanjiro asked

"Yeah sure" Kanao replied

"We'll do a bet. If it turns head, you're gonna follow your heart and not depend on this coin. Kay?"

Kanao nodded

Tanjiro flipped the coin too hard that it is up high in the air.

'What is it, I want to know what will show' Kanao is nervous and Tanjiro can sense that

"Here is it, andddd... got it" Tanjiro said happily while showing his hand to Kanao

"And the result is, HEADS!" Tanjiro jumped on happiness

"IT'S HEADS!"

"Now you're gonna follow your heart and live to the fullest!" Tanjiro said to Kanao who is slightly blushing

"How did you know it was going to turn up heads?" Kanao asked

"It was by chance. If it was going to turn tails, I planned to keep flipping it until I got heads" Tanjiro replied slightly blushing and still smiling

Kanao was becoming as red as a tomato now

Then Tanjiro waved the two friends goodbye

"I'm happy for you girl" Aoi cried while she hugged Kanao

"Th-Thanks" Kanao replied

"Wow, you really did follow him" Aoi said while smiling mischievously

"Ehhh!" Kanao blushed like crazy

"HAHAHA"

Later on, Aoi got out of the room still happily crying then someone asked her

"Why are you crying miss?"
