I started this story when I was 14 and I'm 17 now I had no idea it was that long!!
Well Im here to attempt to try to bring this story back to life.
I've read all the messages and comments even some of you contacted me on other social media asking what happened to me and honestly made my heart warm up.
Just seeing that i have 33k WOAH!! When i left i dont even think i was anywhere near 1k
I'm so sorry for leaving everyone hanging like that just some stuff happened in my life and this story just got lower and lower on my priority list. And im really sorry
I read my previous chapters and oh man I was cringing at my spelling mistakes and name choices xD I attempted to edit but its so hard and I changed a few of the names so sorry if you see Kristie at one point her new name is Melissa.
Anyway here is a little continuation on where i left off xxx
"Hey John" I whisper over to the guy sitting at the desk next to mine. he looks over at me. "Do you know the answer for number 10?"
"Here you can just copy the rest of mine" he says handing over his work sheet.
I copy the rest of the answers and hand it back over to him "thank you so much" I say smiling to him.
The bell rings and I hand in my sheet and head towards my locker. A girl comes up to me while I'm walking "Hey Skylar! I'm Sarah. Um I wanted to know if you'd like to come to my party this weekend?" she says walking next to me. I look over at her and grab the invite from her hand "Yeah maybe, I'll have to make sure I'm free though" I say giving her a big smile before walking away.
I put my books back in my locker and walk to the cafeteria. I see Lexi sitting at the table with everyone. "Hey Lexi! come wait in line with me please" I ask walking up to our table.
"Lexi, was there ever a Damon who used to go here?"
"Um yeah! Damon Botazzi He was really popular and known as the school badass before Ethan."
"Damon and Ethan, are they friends?"
"Friends? Ethan used to be this average kid his first year. One time these guys were picking on Ethan and Damon scared the kids away. Ever since then, he kind of took him under his wing. When Damon graduated he left behind a second him, Ethan. They're practically brothers" Lexi explains
ah shit
"Why do you ask?"
"You know that hot guy I told you about and I went to the beach with hi-"
"Oh my god that was this Damon wasn't it? I'm so stupid oh my god! Wait that means Damon Botazzi likes you! This is so crazy, he's like a legend here, everyone loved-well loves him" Lexi says freaking out.
"Haven't you been on Facebook? I was tagged in a bunch of pics with him and his friends!"
"No, my internet hasn't been working these last couple days and I'm already over my 3G. Wait isn't he coming to get you after school today?" Lexi asks in realization.
"Yes!"
"Everyone's going to be around him! All the girls are going to be so jealous, oh my god Ethan's face when he sees this will be priceless.." she says but my mind drifts away in. thought.
That would be priceless, Ethan seeing me with Damon. Unless he saw the Facebook posts but I doubt it, he hasn't been online for awhile, not that I've checked.
"..not even here 1 month and you're already slaying this school" I hear Lexi saying as I come out of my thoughts
"Yeah but I'd trade all of it for what you and Aiden have"
Lexi smiles with a twinkle in her eye.
"Lexi can you do me a favour?" I ask her.
"Depends"
"Can you just make sure Ethan knows Damon is coming to the school. like talk about it to someone while he's close by. Just say how you heard he's coming, but don't say why."
"Yeah I can definitely do that" Lexi says excited for whats about to go down

The end of the day couldn't have came any slower, I've been anticipating this since lunch and not only because I'm about to put Ethan in his place, but I'm kind of excited to see Damon.
Ew i hope i'm not developing feelings
I grab my bag and rush to the bathroom to touch up a little bit. I powder my face a bit because I'm cursed with oily skin and add some lip gloss. In case you're wondering my ootd consists of a white, brandy t-shirt that cuts off just above my black jeans, so it shows a little skin but not too much. And some plain converse.
On my way out I see Caroline leaving and I call her over
"Hey listen my mom insisted I have some friends over this weekend for a sleep over and I wanted to know if you'd come? It'll be you, me, Lexi and some of the guys if that's cool." Hoping she says yes because I don't want it to be a sausage fest
"Sure sounds fun, just hit me up with the details."
"Perfect"
"Oh and Skylar, what i told you about Ethan please don't say anything. No one is suppose to know" Caroline asks sincerely
"My lips are sealed" Although what Caroline told me was some pretty juicy stuff, it's not my secret to tell. So guess no one will be hearing about it.
For now
Walking to the parking lot I can spot Damons jeep and a bunch of people around him I don't even think he could see me coming. As I'm standing behind a group of people I hear Ethans laughter through the crowd.
Looks like Lexi pulled through
"No dude but for real why are you here?? Came to surprise me huh" I hear Ethan say to who I can only assume is Damon
"If you must know, I'm here for a girl" Damon answers
I can't help but let a smile slip onto my face
"Woah woah woah, what?? She must be something if YOU'RE going for her, makes me feel like I've overlooked someone pretty amazing here. Where is she?" Ethan asks
Guess that's my sign to get in there, I push past a few people and stand in front of Damon, he stops leaning on his car and flashes his million dollar smile "right there" Ethan turns around and when he realizes it's me his smile completely vanishes. Damon brushes past Ethan and puts his arm around my waist. Damon takes in Ethans expression.
"Questioning how you overlooked someone so beautiful huh buddy?" Damon says with a light laugh. Damon helps me into the passenger seat and walks over to the other side of the car and gets in.
I was expecting Ethan to maybe laugh in my face, question Damon on how he could possibly be attracted to me, maybe question if he's being punk'd. Not this. Not complete silence with worry written all over his face. My stomach starts to knot up as I stare at him and he stares back at me.
"I didn't overlook her at all" Ethan finally says, but says it more like a mumble I barely hear it.
And then we drive off.

Im gonna write a few chapters and see if I can maybe get back to the same momentum where we left off!
