Jealous - Lloyrumi pt.1

You guys reaaaaaly like Lloyrumi huh? XD

In this au Rumi lives with the ninja after the 'incident' at the palace. She was never evil tho. She helps with missions and stuff too.

Harumi's POV:

I just came back from a 2 week mission in Stiix to this. I reach the doors of the monastery to find Nya walking around with a clipboard. Cole and Jay are frantically cleaning the front of the monastery, Nya yelling while asking Kai for 'updates'. I am very confused.

Nobody seems to notice me, so I walk up to Nya. "Hey girl! What's going o-"

"Rumi! So good to see you again, um- we were just preparing the monastery for-"

Jay takes over, "Um, well you see, we have a visiter coming over. She's a good friend of-"

"Guys she's gonna find out eventual-" Cole begins

Okay enough. "What? What aren't you telling me? Who is coming over, and why is it so important?!" The three of them look at each other before pointing at Cole to continue. "Lloyd's girlfriend is coming over..." they all say wincing on the word girlfriend.

"Guys, I'm fine! Sure I had a super intense obsession with him and was practically in love with him, and wasn't able to get a sentence out around him without breaking down and turning into a tomato. BUT I'm totally over him. Really, I'm fine!" They guys look skeptical, but Nya shoos them off to do more work. Nya turns to me with a sympathetic expression. "Rumi, if you need anything I'm here for you. I mean it." I push out a laugh. "Honey, the only thing I'm mad about is Lloyd not telling me! I think it's sweet that you guys are all coming together to help Lloyd. Is there anything I could do?" Nya inspects her clipboard. "There's nothing on here specifically... Zane and Pix are on food, Kai is sorting out Lloyd, and he's gonna pick up Liv in ten minutes. If it's alright, would you mind checking on Kai and Lloyd for me?

"Of course."

I say to hi to Zane and Pix on my way to Kai's room. They are honestly the cutest couples ever. Sometimes I wish I could have a relationship like that - I mean at one point I always pictured myself with Lloyd. He was so sweet, and caring, and pretty, and radiated sunshine and rainbows. I don't really know why to be honest. I used to be head over heels for him a few weeks ago. I thought I was in love. I guess during my mission those feelings just fizzled out; I didn't miss him as much as I thought I would.

I reach the door with the fire ninja merch on it saying: 'Too busy being flamey' I quickly knock on it before slowly opening the door to reveal Kai giving Lloyd a pep talk on not being nervous with girls. I can see the pure happiness in his face as I walk in. Not gonna lie, I can see why I had a crush on him. He certainly cleaned up for this, but she still has his messy blonde look, and a signature green jumper on. Cutie.

"Hey guys!"

Their faces immediately turn to face me.
"Rumi! I-It's so good to see you!" Lloyd jumps up and raced towards me to give me a surprisingly long hug. "I missed you..." he whispers, nearly inaudible.  I smirk. "Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon! How could you not tell me you had a girlfriend! I thought we were friends..." Lloyd's face morphs into an expression of worry and awkwardness. He is too cute. As a friend though. He is like your guy bestie that is just adorable. Yup. "Rumi, hi- er well you see I..." He's actually worried. I smile. "I'm kidding! When's she coming? I can't wait to meet her. Oh my god, what does she look like? Does she give you cute nicknames? How long have you been secretly dating - or was I the only who didn't know? Ooh ooh, how did you meet? WAIT- I don't even know her name! What's her name? Who asked who out first!?" I have so many questions.
