(18) Welcoming Their Little One

Six months later 

In June 20th Adrianna went into labor at work. Bucky rushed her down the road to the hospital calling Dr Hollis at the same time. She met them in labor and delivery department of the hospital. 

She checked Adrianna. "Oh yeah we are definitely having us a baby boy today." She said 

Bucky made the phone calls to all the family members and their friends. Dr Hollis ordered her a epidural after her being there for five hours having contractions. She was trying to see how long she could go with out one. But the pain was unbearable and she couldn't take it anymore. 

She was able to sleep some once she got the epidural. Dr Hollis was concerned when she hit the ten hour mark and was sitting still at 7 and half cm dilated. 

"If you don't start progressing in the next two hours Adrianna we are going to be talking about a c section." She said 

"Okay.." Adrianna said

After another two hours went by the nursing staff begin to prepare her and Bucky for a c section. They took them down to the OR and began the c section. At 235AM on June 21st their baby boy Camden James Barnes was born. Weighing in at 9lbs and 7oz and 20 inches long. 

Adrianna was in love with him from the moment they placed him in her arms. Bucky sat beside her and kissed her. 

"I love you Adrianna. And I love him." He whispered 

She smiled at him. "I love you too." She whispered as their son fed from her. 

"We made a baby.." he whispered 

"We made a baby with love." She whispered. 

"I'm so glad life brought you back to me." He whispered as he took Camden and began to burp him. 

Bucky took three weeks off from work and had Steve be acting CEO while he helped her recuperate and adjust to the baby. She was off for another three weeks after that before she returned to the office.
