You walk over to Lightningkit and sit down next to him. "Excited?" He shoots a look at you then glares down at the dirt.
"Whatever," Lightningkit spits. "Just, just go!" You stand up, feeling a little hurt, and walk over to Sparkkit.
Sparkkit stands up and shoots a glare at Lightningkit. "Sorry, he's been in a bad mood forever." You shrug and sit down next to him.
(I'm too lazy to write out the ceremony...)
You struggle to focus as the meeting continues and keep glancing over at Lightingkit...What was going on with him? As the ceremony wraps up, you raise your head and chant but call Sparkpaw's name louder. You're still a little annoyed at Lightningpaw.
Sparkpaw bounds over to you excitedly. "I'm finally a 'paw!"
You swat at his ear playfully. "Don't get cocky, I'm still faster than you!" Sparkpaw grins and is about to pounce when his new mentor calls him.
"Sorry, gotta go, see you later, Y/N!"
