Recap: She gets up, and closes the curtains. Now it's just us.

***Hot make out scene ahead! You've been warned.***

What is she thinking? My mind reminds me that I'm alone with two men that I just met tonight, and that seems to sober me up quite a bit. Not to mention that one of those two men I was warned against. The rational part of me wants to walk back over to the curtains, and open them. The other half would like to walk over to the door, and open it. This wasn't a good idea, what was I thinking. Jasmine is supposed to be my friend, and have my back. However, she trusts the strangers. Why would she trust two men that she just met tonight? Am I missing something? She looks at me like I'm prey.

Dezi, relax this is Jasmine we are talking about! She has never done anything to make you doubt her, has she? Well no, but we don't know these men. What if they are murders? What did I get myself into?

Trust her, you are safe. Jasmine has a pocket knife on her key chain, and you have pepper spray on yours. You trusted her on that horrible trip to New York, remember that sketchy road that you were terrified to go down. When you two wound up lost? Remember the sketchy people, and how terrifying that was? She kept you safe, and made sure you were perfectly fine. Trust her now. I take a deep breath, and watch as she contemplates her dare.

"I dare you to make out with Al... Elijah for five minutes!" She sees my face, and smirks. What was she going to say? I have three free passes, I could use it on this. Also I could just act like the independent woman I am, and just kiss the man. I look at him, and then at her. Then back at him, and decide to say screw it. What could it hurt? I won't see him after tonight anyways.

I'm still standing near the bar, so I sit on his lap. Elijah looks at me surprised, and I can see in his eyes that he wants this. He wants me. I kiss him, and it's like my body has a mind of it's own. His mouth starts to move with mine, and suddenly I'm sticking my tongue in his mouth. He grabs my thighs, and pulls me so I'm sitting on top of him legs on either side. His hand grabs my hair, and I gasp. He takes the advantage, and slides his tongue in my mouth. God, if he didn't taste like rum and smell like Axe I might actually be able to think clearly. His mouth moves to my neck, and he kisses from my shoulder to my ear. He bites, and kisses every spot until he finds the spot where I moan out loud. He grinds against me, and his hands travel down to my hips. He applies pressure there, and I groan all common sense thrown completely out the window. He nips, and kisses my neck. I, finally, come to my senses and I jump back. What the hell was I doing? My best friend is in the same room. That was so inappropriate. I sit back down, this time I move to the other chair as far away from him as possible. I feel guilty, and ashamed. Running my hand through my hair, I grab the water bottle, take a sip, and breath out a sigh of relief just as the timer goes off. I look over at Jasmine who looks oddly triumphant. I was expecting her to look appalled, not triumphant or like she had won an argument.

"Who's next?" I say shaking my head, and looking at Jasmine. I need a minute to think about what just happened, and all of the events that have taken place tonight. I decide that it's now payback time. "Jasmine, truth or dare?"

"Dare!" She says smirking.

"I dare you to make out with Alaric for five minutes." I say smirking.

"Easy." She says looking confident, and slightly tipsy. She gets on top of him, not even shy about it and starts making out with him. Thankful to have a second to think about everything, and uncomfortable with how graphic the make out session is becoming. I grab the timer/my phone and head outside to the bar. Elijah follows close behind. Of course he won't just leave me alone, why can't I have five minutes to myself. Irritated, I head to the bar and decide that I want another drink instead of more water.

"Can I get a screwdriver please?" I ask the bartender, this one whom I don't know. She's fairly attractive, and if you were competing for the tough biker chick look she would have won the metal. I wouldn't want to mess with her between her black hair, tattoos, black corset, dark blue jeans, motorcycle boots, and black eyeliner that was so sharp it could kill.

She smiles my way, and asks "the brand, or with vodka?"

"Brand please, Ice." I say idiotically.

"Got it hunny, coming right up!" She says sweetly.

Elijah comes right up behind me, and places his head in the crook of my neck. Has this man ever heard of boundaries? Breathing in he says, "Are we just going to ignore what happened?"

"No, I just needed a minute to think." I say my voice shaking, my palms sweaty, and in order to calm myself I run a hand through my hair. Thankful that I don't bump into him when I do so. The alarm on my cellphone goes off, and since I don't have my drink yet I push repeat.

"Here, you go hunny. Do you have a tab, or are you paying with cash?" The bartender says looking between Elijah and I in what I can only assume is a knowing way. His face still in the crook of my neck.

Before I even have a chance to say just add it to my tab, Elijah pipes up. "Place it on my tab, Jessica."

"Yes, sir!" The bartender (now Jessica) says smirking at me.

I'm now overly confused, and partly jealous. I turn around to hear him complain. It's time for some answers. "Why does everyone keep calling you sir? Why does everyone keep looking at me like they know what's going on, but I don't???? Why did you choose me? Why was Jasmine so sad when Alaric looked away? Why do you affect me this much? Why me?" I say lowly. I'm tired of being kept in the dark. The alarm on my cellphone goes off again. He looks at me as if trying to decide on how to answer.  A couple of minutes pass, and I'm now completely fed up. He's clearly not going to answer me.

"Fine, have it your way." I walk around him into the other room. I'm done being played with.

"Guys, it's t..." They're both shirtless, and pantless so I just walk back out.

Oops.

Keeping my eyes glued to the ground I laugh, and close the door. Classic Jasmine, continuing to laugh I walk right into a wall and on my butt I go.

Ugh, my head.

I look up rubbing my temple and realize it's not a wall that I have run into, but Elijah. Well I guess I'm going to get my answers regardless. He helps me up and says, "Are you sure you want your answer?"

I contemplate it for a minute. "Yes."

He looks at me, and says the one thing I'm not expecting. "You're in a club full of werewolves, and baby I'm the alpha."

I look at him like he's lost his mind. That's crazy, absolutely crazy. There is no way. I have come to this club numerous times, surely I would have realized this by now.

"You've lost it. I'm tired of playing whatever game this is, and I'm leaving." I look around the club to see that everyone seems to be looking at me, or bowing their head in respect toward Elijah. I look straight at him, and make a move to leave.

"You're not going anywhere. You are mine, and I won't let you go."

"You won't let me go?" I say laughing, and beyond angry. "Let applies that you have some hold over me, and honey I'm not your toy. You're crazy. There is no way you're a werewolf. I have come here with the girls countless times, and never have I ever noticed something out of the ordinary about the people here. I'm best friends with the bartender downstairs, and my best friend is in the other room. Surely, I would have noticed if I was surrounded by werewolves. Which hello don't even exist by the way, they are only in the types of novels that school girls read."

I stare at him like he's lost his mind, and he starts to walk towards me.

"Baby, they are very real and guess what? You're mated to one." He says his eyes turning black, and his tone sounds completely lethal. His anger rolls off of him in waves. He's three feet away from me, and closing the distance fast. That is when the world starts to spin, and I black out. The last image I have is of Elijah reaching out to me as if trying to catch me as I fall.
