Chapter 23

**Nicole's P.O.V.**

**Nicole's Dream**

I was with Crimson hanging out at the mall while the guys had their usual sound check. We went into several shops and bought so many clothes. A few times there were a few teenagers who come up to us and asked about me being Oli's girlfriend. Some of them wanted to take pictures with me, some just wanted to talk to me about Oli and the band. There was even a girl who told me that I was the better person for him and that she shipped us so much. After a few hours of entering, buying random stuff and exiting the shops we decided to leave the mall and to return to the guys.

While I was driving back home someone called Crimson. She immediately took out her phone to answer.

"Hello" She said.

"Wow, calm down. What happened?"

"TELL ME WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED!"

"Oh my god! This wasn't supposed to happen! How am I supposed to tell her this now?! We will be there in 5 minutes." She said and closed the call. I looked at her a bit scared. From what I heard and the look on her face something bad happened.

"What happened Crimson? You're worrying the fuck out of me!" I told her. She took a deep breath to calm herself down.

"Ummm, it's about Oliver..." She started to say and then stopped. My eyes widened and for a moment my heart stopped beating. What happened to him? Is he ok? Will everything be fine? Did somebody hurt him?

"WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO OLI!" I screamed at her. She had sadness all over her. For a moment I didn't want to hear what she was about to tell me. I wanted her to tell me that he is ok and that he is waiting for me with a huge smile on his face and a huge bouquet of flowers. However, this time it wasn't going to be like that.

"He... he um... Oh god! He cut himself, and it was really deep. He was able to reach and open a vein." Crimson was able to say. NO! This couldn't be! OLI TRIED TO KILL HIMSELF! I was going to lose him! He was going to die! My vision started to get blurry and warm tears fell down my face. I immediately pushed on the acceleration and the car sped up. There was no way that I was going to waste anymore time in this stupid car!

"WHY? WHY THE FUCK DID HE DO THIS? WHERE DID I GO WRONG?!" I screamed. I couldn't keep everything inside of me once more. I couldn't hold the sadness and anger again. I exploded all of my emotions.

"Nicole, it's not about you. I don't know why he did what he did. I'm not inside of his head. However I know one thing. He loves you so much. He is really happy when he is with you-"

"HAPPY?! IF HE WAS HAPPY WOULD HE DO THAT? I MESSED UP SOMETHING AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT?! I WASN'T ABLE TO MAKE HIM HAPPY ENOUGH TO MAKE HIM DECIDE TO REMAIN ALIVE!" I spat at her. She seemed scared of me from my reaction. We had finally arrived back home. I swung open the door and ran for the door not even caring about all the stuff I left back at the car. I ran inside the house to look where everybody was. Then I found them all in front of the bathroom door. They all turned around and saw me. They all moved so I could enter to see Oli.

I walked towards the bathroom. I looked up at everybody. Every single one of them had the same expression of their faces, sadness. I saw Jordan mouth, "I'm so sorry" and then looked down on the floor. I finally arrived in front of the door and turned around to look at Oli. The floor was filled with an intense color red. On the middle of the floor laid the almost lifeless body of Oliver. More tears streamed down on my face now. He was able to see me.

"Nicole, please don't cry-" He was slowly saying.

"DON'T CRY! YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG? WHERE DID I MISTAKE? HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS COMING? HOW COME I WASN'T ABLE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY?!" I screamed at him. I kneeled down and held Oli in my arms.
