Chapter 19

**Nicole’s P.O.V.**

There was half an hour before the concert to start. First Pierce The Veil would perform and then Bring Me The Horizon. I felt so god damn lucky. In a way it’s all thanks to Crimson. If she hadn’t talked to Mike about me I would have never gotten the job. That way I would have never met Oli and Matt and then actually be able to go on a whole tour with them. Thinking about Oli, what was our situation? Did those kisses even mean something to him? Maybe he was just playing around with me. I felt someone put a hand on my shoulder. I looked around and saw Nicholls. During these days Nicholls and I became pretty nice friends.

“Is there anything wrong Nicole? You seemed a bit sad.” He told me. I looked at him and gave him a faint smile.

“Um, no everything is ok. I was just lost in my thoughts.” I told him. Well, I didn’t exactly lie to him. I just took out some details to the story. He raised an eyebrow.

“Something tells me you still didn’t tell me the whole truth. Does it have to do with Oli?” He asked me. Shit. I looked down. He sat down next to me.

“What happened? Did he hurt you? Because if he did I will kill the shit out of him.” Nicholls said. A smile appeared on my face and then I shook my head.

“He didn’t hurt me, don’t worry. It’s just- I don’t know. I mean what are we? I mean yeah there were a few kisses however I don’t know. What about if those meant nothing to him? What if he is playing with my feelings? What if he just wants to bring me to bed and then just decide to leave me? Does he even like me? It’s all just so confusing.” I admitted to him. I didn’t even understand why I told him that. I just needed to express myself to someone and he happened to be there. Also, since he is pretty much Oli’s best friend he could know something I don’t. He sighed.

“Calm down Nicole. Just give him time. I bet you guys will sort things out really soon, just trust me. As I am his friend I can tell you this. He does like you and a lot. Maybe he is just nervous about everything. He is not playing with your feelings. I don’t know if you know what happened with Hannah. She cheated on him, and it just brought his self-esteem down. I think he could be afraid for it to happen again.” Nicholls told me. He seemed to be right. I think I should trust what he told me. I smiled at him and put my head on his shoulder. Nicholls wrapped his arms around my shoulder. We just stayed like that for a few minutes just letting the silence take over the empty space. It wasn’t an awkward silence. Maybe I should go see where Vic and Oli are. I want to give them a good luck before the show starts. I got up.

“I’m going to see where all the other guys are. Also, good luck with the concert. Show those bitches who owns this place.” I said to him winking. He smiled and started laughing. I left searching for somebody. I turned the corner and bumped into Vic.

“Oh, sorry. Hey Vic, I was just looking for you.” I told him. He smiled at me.

“Really? Did you come to tell me how much you fucking love me? Or how much you love fucking me?” I couldn’t keep a straight face and I started laughing. I punched him in the shoulder.

“No, man. I mean of course I love you guys. You are like one of my favorite bands remember that? Anyway, I just wanted to tell you good luck with the show.” I told him. He smiled and hugged me.

“You watching us right? You have to or else I will end up searching you to kill you.” He told me.

“Of course I’m coming to watch you guys. Give those guys the best show ever. They paid money to come see you guys. Also have you seen Oli anywhere? I can’t find him.”

“Um, yeah. He went to the dressing room to change. Don’t worry I give those guys the time of their lives. Bye, if you’re lucky you can find Oli half naked.” Vic told me winking at the last part. I started to blush as I left Vic there. Did he really have to say that? I mean I was able to be in the same bunk as him. However he always had a shirt on and boxers. So I can’t really say I ever saw him half naked. I bet he did it to not make the situation awkward since we weren’t together. In the mean time I found Jordan and not Oli. Jordan smiled at me.
