I sighed, laying still in the X-ray machine. This is gonna be a long night... At this rate imma be bleeding out all my extremities before I even get a diagnosis. I mean we spent a freaking half hour just talking to the doctor before waiting fifteen freaking minutes to be taken down to the x-Ray room. Not to mention them forgetting me in here. The damn thing scanned me already, let me out.

Once I was finally able to get out, we headed back up to the room we were in. Blake leaned against the wall, waiting. " Did they say anything?"

I shook my head and sat down on the hard bed. " I need to call Kyle. I told you the truth so can I please use your phone, now?"

He passed it to me so I dialled Kyle's number. Ringing multiple times, he finally picked up. " Yello."

" Hey... I'm um. I'm at the hospital."

" Daciana. Are you ok? I tried to call your house earlier but nobody answered. Your phone is still here. Why are you at the hospital?"

I rolled my eyes. Playing dumb I see. " You punched me, remember? I think I have internal bleeding."

" What?"

I held the phone from my ear as he shouted. Oof. Blake kept his eyes on me, watching my every movement. Analysing my emotions I guess. He's weirdly good at it and it freaks me out sometimes.

" I'm on my way." He said before the line disconnected.

Ugh. Great. I handed Blake his phone back and frowned. For one thing, I look like shit right now and more importantly, I don't need them two fighting. I mean Blake would start yelling at him for turning me into a werewolf and Kyle would get mad that I told him without me telling him first and yeah...

Unfortunately the doctor left us waiting with our fingers crossed so I guess we'll be getting the results with Kyle here unless they speed up a bit. Sharp pains in my lower abdomen distracted me from my thoughts and made me scrunch up my face. Ugh hurry up!

I rolled up the bottom of my shirt and found bruises around my belly button and up where Kyle's fist connected. Great. That's another sure sign of internal bleeding, I'm sure of it. Thanks to health class I now know random bits of information like that.

It couldn't haven been more that fifteen minutes before Kyle finally walked in with his leather jacket on, dark blue jeans and hair looking so soft. God he's hot. Wait what? What am I saying!

" Hey. Any news yet?" He asked, inviting himself to sit beside me. Blake glared at him from the opposite side of the room. I didn't even realize he moved till now. " I hope you know I didn't mean to punch you." He said as he touched my knee.

" Remove your hand or I swear to god I'll break it." Blake growled like a guard dog. I dunno if it was just protective brother instinct or if he saw me tense up.

Kyle chuckled softly, removing his hand. " Someone's crabby."

Blake glared so hard at Kyle I thought that maybe he was hoping he'd spontaneously combust. Wouldn't doubt it. The tension in the room grew thick until the door opened. It was almost as if the door was like a dam breaking.

Dr. Boyd exchanged glances with Kyle first, then me before sitting down in the chair. Her long dark hair neatly braided, lay flat on her back over her teal scrubs. " Well Miss. Seraphic, I'm glad you recognized the signs. Looking at your x-rays, there's a substantial amount of blood in your abdomen. What were you doing prior to the signs of bleeding?"

" I'll tell you what happened, that asshat nailed her in the stomach and caused internal bleeding so you're gonna need security to get him out of here." Blake explained, jumping the gun. I mean first off, it was intended for him, not me. I got in the way.
