It was coming to the end of spring break, I spent half of my break back at home with Melanie then I came back to Manhattan, it ended to quickly. I was suddenly awfully popular when I came back which was weird but I just went with it.
I sat outside a small coffee shop with Serena and Blair, eating cake and sipping coffee, they brought me out to cheer me up as I haven't had the bestest time with Chuck lately. We argued a lot, before he went to a Bass resort in Monaco we made up but I haven't heard from him much and he was spotted on Gossip Girl partying with many girls. He's meant to be coming back tomorrow but I'm not sure if he'll be back so quick. Our phones pinged and Blair read out the message.
Gossip Girl-just now: Spotted-Chuck Bass in his natural habitat- drunk and high surrounded by women that aren't Bonnie Milton when we all thought it was true love. Poor Bonnie, looks like Chuck hasn't changed at all. xoxo
"I should of known, why have I been stupid enough to believe he had changed." My voice cracked while I spoke.
"I'm sorry Bonnie, you'll get through this we will be there for you through everything." Serena put her hand on my arm.
"Of course we will." Blair added.
"Thank you, I thought he loved me." I laughed sarcastically.
"He does love you, he just makes bad decisions. He doesn't care about anyone more than you." Serena replied.
"Then why would the person he hurts be me?" I stood up and picked up my shopping bags. "I'll see you both later, I have to go." I began to walk down the street to the empire.
"Nate, are you here?" I shouted as I walked in Chucks suite.
"Hey Bonnie." He walked over to me and I wrapped my arms around him and began to cry, I couldn't hold it in.
"I can't believe he'd do this to me." I spoke, his arms hugged me tightly.
"I know, I don't know what's gotten into him, i'm sorry. Don't cry." His hand brushed my head softly. "Sit down i'll get you a drink."
We talked for hours, he told me how Chuck can go through times where he's really hard to deal with and makes the worst choices but I still didn't understand why if he was feeling anything other than happy he wouldn't tell me.
"I should probably go, thanks for talking to me I appreciate it." I smiled and stood up, Nate walked me to the elevator.
"You can speak to me anytime." He smiled.
"Thank you." Without thinking I leaned over and kissed him softly on the lips. (I'm sorry for this😂, for the story It just has to happen!)
"Uh, i'm sorry I wasn't thinking." I looked around nervously and he smiled.
"Don't worry about it." He put his hand on my waist and kissed me once more.
"I should definitely go now." I quickly got into the elevator and rushed back home.
"Ah Bonnie darling your here, how are you?" Lily rushed over to me when I came in.
"Not so good, I feel really.. really sick." I ran upstairs to the bathroom and began to puke into the toilet, I wasn't expecting this at all.
"Miss Bonnie, why this sickness all of a sudden?" Dorota came into my bathroom.
"Probably just everything going on with Chuck, i'm fine. I'm going to bed." I smiled at her and went back into my bedroom. I wasn't prepared for Chuck getting back tomorrow but I went to sleep to keep myself from overthinking everything.
I woke up this morning feeling sick and lightheaded. I started to wonder if I had caught an illness, I ran straight to the toilet and was sick so much. I went downstairs for breakfast, after seeing the food I had to go quickly back to my toilet and be sick again, everyone was wondering what was wrong with me. I lay on my bed in silence until Serena came in and shut the door.
"Hey you okay?" She sat down next to me.
"No. Not at all." I replied.
"Uh Bonnie, you do know that morning sickness is a sign of pregnancy?" My heart dropped as she said it.
"Yeah I know that. Wait you think i'm pregnant?" I sat up quickly.
"You could be, have you missed a period?" She questioned. I realised that my period was late.
"Uh, i'm not sure. I can't be pregnant." I started to panic.
"Don't worry, it will be fine if you are. Do you want me to go get a test?" She put her hand on mine.
"No, it's fine honestly. It's probably just the fact Chucks coming back today that's making me sick." I calmed myself by thinking that.
"Okay, come straight to me if you change your mind." She smiled and left the room.
